After leaving what can only be described as a very disappointing review yesterday following a disappointing experience I am pleased to say that Snap Finance rectified the problem. I received a call from a very helpful lady called Tina from the Customer Service team who was able to resolve my issue and provide the redemption figure so I could settle my finance early.
It’s a shame that trying to get hold of the customer service team by phone is so frustratingly difficult and that the ring back service doesn’t work, because when you actually speak to someone they are very helpful.
First impressions mean a lot and it’s a shame that my first impression was marred by my experience when in fact they can deliver excellent customer service. It’s a shame it took a complaint (more than one) to get this sorted.
My only comment (I hope is taken as constructive criticism) is they need to improve their helpline and ring back service and then it would all be great.
But thank you for eventually restoring my faith and resolving the issue.
Disappointed after almost finishing my account only 3 payments left ran into difficulty they said sorry agreed payment plan then sent account to debt collector

The loan is always quick no hassle yes but as soon as you get a faulty item sofa bought from furniture direct online faults started within a few months fraying of the stitching the reclining part all the stuffing was coming out! But apparently it's all misuse how do you misuse a recliner? Both led lights underneath have broken one has been fixed had to have them out twice as they sent the wrong size light the company are corrupt never on the customers side at all! We will see the outcome of the complaint and I will update this review won't hold my breath! If I had actually known the sofa was from SK beds I would never have ordered it as the reviews on Google are all one star and everyone else says the same about the place disgusting

Absolutely shocking experience dealing with Snap Finance.
Despite there being acknowledgment that parts were not supplied correctly for my vehicle, it has taken nearly 3 years for anyone to properly contact me regarding the issue. During this entire time, the matter has remained unresolved while I have been left dealing with the financial stress, vehicle issues, and ongoing inconvenience caused by the supplier and poor handling of the account.
The only parts actually supplied were an amplifier and two front speakers, which I have already stated I am willing to pay for. However, other items invoiced were either not supplied, not compatible with my vehicle, or caused further damage due to incorrect installation and wiring issues which resulted in a short circuit and additional repair costs.
Instead of resolving the dispute fairly and correcting the account, Snap Finance have now proceeded to issue formal demands for payment and threaten adverse credit reporting before the matter has even been properly rectified.
The letter states:
“We formally demand that you pay us the total amount to be paid as shown. Failure to do so may result in further action being taken against you.”
Outstanding Balance: £2326.32
I find it unacceptable that a company can acknowledge concerns and still pursue enforcement action for disputed amounts without fully investigating the supplier’s failures first.
Communication has been extremely delayed, stressful, and disappointing throughout this process. Customers should not be left chasing answers for years while being threatened with defaults for goods and services that were never properly supplied.

Snap finance keep messaging me when they know i have terminal cancer. I applied for a mobility scooter and got refused finance after being with snap for for 30 months and never missed a payment always on time. Now I get bombarded on how am I doing it's like rubbing salt into wounds.

Absolutely terrible. Takes them ages to reply to you and even then they ignore what you ask. I asked for my payments to be lowered 3 times due to me splitting up with my partner but they took the full payment then tried to take it a second time a few days later. Everytime they have took a payment since I had tge loan they have tried to take a second payment days later. They have to be the worse ever loan company I have dealt with. Stay away go elsewhere as they are a nightmare

I have now got through and the lady I spoke to was very helpful. My issue has now been resolved

I applied for snap finance to complete an online course however I decided to not go through with it and pay upfront instead. Since making the initial application I have been absolutely bombarded with messages multiple times a day, sometimes at 9:30pm and now today on Good Friday. I understand they contact people to have them sign up but to send as many messages as they have sent me is borderline harassment. I’ve blocked multiple phone numbers but then received messages from different numbers. I was ignoring them hoping they would stop after a while but clearly they didn’t. I did reply to the message today to tell them to leave me alone and thankfully I haven’t had one since. So just a pre warning for anyone thinking of using this company, prepare to be tortured.
Update: 5 days after being asked to leave me alone, I am still being sent text messages and emails from this company!
