Smith Removals moved us on Friday. We’re a family of 5 moving from a 4 bed house so we had a lot of stuff! Allan was really accommodating about dates and communication with him ahead of the move was brilliant. On the day, Robbie and the team (Rod, Oscar, Dan and Paddy) were a very friendly bunch who worked really hard, going above and beyond to make sure the move went well. Would definitely recommend them.

We want to share this with you. We moved house recently. Anxities abound. The cost, the schedule, will the weather be ok, what if things are broken or worse stolen? Well look no futher than Smith Removals LTD. Up front Allan gave an assured and measured account of what, how and when the move was to be delivered. The plan was outlined and made clear. I now knew what to expect. The cost was a agreed and a great deal, and the dates agreed. We went for full pack and deliver. The schedule was for 2 days and all complete. Constant reassuring emails right up to the day gave us continued confidance. Then the move day came along. Gulp! Allan and his crew were as good as gold. 8am sharp the trucks appeared. Oh, oh, the most social group of people you could hope for. No task was too much. Our anxities were washed away. Every detail was carefully dealt with with ruthless efficiency by Allan and his crew. Before too long on Day 1 all the shed and garden equipment was loaded and delivered early pm and apart from our bedroom all other house rooms were packed ready for transport for the next day. I hadn't seen a thing. I was working in my home office. Day 2 repeated the rapid but covivial deployment of energy. Arriving again at 8am we were in our new home by 1pm. Wow, wow, but wow! All the furnture placed where we wanted it. No breakages. Our prized and beloved furniture treated with such care. Even the very heavy piano was not of any ability to counter the moves we wanted until that special moment arrived and we said thats where we want it! Not one thing was too much trouble for us. A briilant move effortlessly made simple by Allan, Robbie, Dan, Jamie, Oscar and Sam. We salute you, Mighty Crew!!

Huge thanks to Allan and the team (Robbie, Dan, Sam and Jamie) for helping me move, again! Never have I been more appreciative of their strength, skill and good humour! They truly do care about what they do, and they'll go above and beyond, whenever they can, to get the job done. Can't recommend them more highly. They helped me move the previous time, and this time around, they were the first I checked with before I set my completion date. No way was I going to attempt it without them! 😅

The smoothest move I’ve ever had. I was dreading it and the guys (Robbie, Sam and Jamie) made it look like the easiest job in the world. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they were polite, speedy and so organized! A completely different moving experience and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Allan’s communications in the run up to, and on the day itself were spot on; and the team of Jamie, Sean, Oscar and Dan were brilliant. They were careful with and respectful of our belongings, and faultlessly polite, cheerful, calm, helpful and efficient through the day.

We would 100% recommend this company for removals. They moved us from our 3 bed house with such professionalism and ease. The four men who helped us, Robbie, Dan, Shaun and Sam were really friendly, happy and knew exactly what they were doing. We had no stress on our moving day, which we are very grateful for.

Al and the team were exceptional. From moving awkward objects including a climbing frame which had to go up and over a fence to deconstructing and rebuilding beds and wardrobes, nothing was too much trouble.

We used Smith Removals when we brought our first home and I cannot recommend them enough. We had Dan and Robbie helping us and they were super friendly, and got stuck in straight away. We were moving locally, but to a top floor flat up 2 flights of stairs. They didn't make a fuss and just got on with it. They also took apart and rebuilt our king size bed which meant we could sleep in our new place straight away! If you're moving, USE THESE GUYS!!! Thanks so much for all your help!

Where do I start?! My sister and brother in law recommended Smith Removals after having an amazing experience moving… I quickly rang Alan to arrange for him to move us too :) we had a bumpy ride and our moving date got moved a couple of times! I rang Alan in tears as a disaster had left me with no removal company after ours let us down :( Alan however came to the rescue and boy am I glad he did! From the onset Alan put my mind at ease and said don’t worry we will move you! Robbie and his team arrived at our home at 8.45 promptly where they ploughed through quickly and efficiently loading up 2 large Luton vans with ease! They made it so easy and my husband loved helping them! We then had the agonising wait for the keys which the team were so patient with! When we finally got the keys the team were already at the new destination and swiftly unloaded the vans! They put all of our belongings into the right rooms and nothing was too much bother! They smiled, laughed and worked so hard all day! I would really like to thank them from the bottom of my heart Robbie, Oscar and Dan you were just amazing there are no words! You were so friendly and I couldn’t have asked for more! From a young couple with 2 small children who felt so overwhelmed by the move! THANK YOU!! I would recommend this company to everyone and anyone! Nothing is too much trouble or bother.
