Allan and his team went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and stress-free moving day, which can be a challenging time for anyone. Before finalising the agreement, Allan personally came to assess the volume of items we had to move, provided a prompt quotation, and remained flexible when the move date had to be rescheduled three times. A 50% deposit was paid upfront, and the remaining 50% was settled upon completion of the move. Allan and his team were a delight to work with, and I highly recommend their services. I have moved a lot (even internationally) and I can honestly say these guys are the best! There were problems with the new property which we didn’t end up moving into (long story) but they were fantastic, moving everything to somewhere completely different last minute without even a complaint. They were kind and patient and couldn’t help enough - moving is stressful and to have a company that cares makes all the difference.
I have used this company twice now and will most definitely use them for my best move. I have also told everyone I know to use them - they won’t be disappointed. Thank you Smith Removals :-)

I booked Alan and his team to move us, a family of 4, after being recommended to me. Alan sent me messages to keep me informed, and turned up promptly on the morning of the move. We booked 2 vans, which ended up having to do more than one trip, but thankfully we were only moving to another property in the same village. Nothing was too much trouble, the guys were friendly and polite…..VERY conscientious when it came to moving furniture out of the old house and into the new. They even waited whilst thunder storms passed as to not get our furniture wet whilst bringing it into the new house! Moving house is definitely not cheap, but these guys were worth every penny! I really couldn’t recommend enough.

Cannot fault this wonderful company, from start to finish they were amazing. Went out of their way, so glad we found them to move us and will definitely use them again . Cannot fault a thing. Al was amazing with helping me move from Norwich to London, I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. He was on time and moved me in in record time. He’s super friendly and has great chat! Definitely recommend!

Super fantastic team. Allan, Oscar, Dan and Jamie were incredible! At no point did they fail to make us laugh. They worked tirelessly to ensure our move went well. Despite the long wait for keys, they remained positive and professional. Attention to detail, they loaded and unloaded with care and respect, and at no time was anything dropped or damaged! So glad we opted for Allan Smith removals, as you get the quality of service you pay for with these super guys! They need 10 STARS in our opinion!

Al was really accommodating with a last minute booking and his team arrived nice and early Monday morning - our 3 bed house and garage gym was all packed away in the vans by 11am! Unfortunately there was a long wait for the new keys so we couldn't start unpacking until very late in the afternoon but the team were super efficient to try and make sure we didn't get any late charges.
I haven't bothered inspecting all of the furniture because a few scuffs are to be expected during a house move, but there is no obvious damage so care had clearly been taken with a lot of very soft wood furniture.
Would use again and recommend to friends and family.

This company was super efficient, professional and incredibly friendly. They were so up beat and made me feel relaxed about the moving process. As we all know it's awfully stressful moving but there was no fuss no drama . Highly recommend them!
