I've used skyparksecure a number of times previously and had no problems. I used them in April of this year and we had to wait a long time for car pick up @Gatwick through Ilovemeetandgreet so I raised a complaint via Skyparksecure (who I booked with) and they communicated with Ilovemeetandgreet and we agreed a discount. Skyparksecure communications were great during this complaint process and I thought it had been resolved satisfactorily.
Thats when it started to go wrong. I checked my credit card after 3 or 4 weeks and realised I'd not received the agreed refund back onto my card.
Since then I've raised multiple forms lastly as a complaint with skyparksecure (there is no other way to contact them) and all I have received back is a generic "We are looking into your query and will respond asap" which was approx 1 week ago.
Its a shame as the initial complaint was dealt with very well but the customer service on the follow up to get my agreed discount back has been awful.
Needed to change car registration. Email sent and all sorted with no issues.
Avoid the whole thing is absolute joke!!!

Email received had wrong phone on it so had to find the place itself paid for meet and greet and didn’t get it!!
Paid £79 for 4 days then had to pay an extra £6 to get on and £6 to get off the airport! The whole thing was a total shambles used this company more than once but after this won’t use again I would recommend that people check everything before using them could of paid less for a taxi there and back !!

I stupidly deleted my booking in details and account login details. Old age is terrible. But the Customer Service team saved the day. They were able to find all of my details. They were extremely friendly and polite. I cannot praise them enough.
"Terrible experience with SkyParkSecure. Booked their meet and greet parking service for Manchester Airport, but it was a complete disaster. No contact number was provided, despite sending numerous emails for more information.When we arrived at the airport, we had no way of reaching them. No information was given about where to park or what to expect. To add insult to injury, my email requesting assistance went unanswered.
Ended up paying for parking again at the airport, which was a huge inconvenience and added unnecessary cost. Would not recommend this service to anyone. Lack of communication and organization is a recipe for disaster. Avoid at all costs!
I needed confirmation of a previous booking and the help I got to receive this was excellent.
I made la request to have another confirmation email sent to me. It was a little difficult to find the right email address but once we did the response was within 36 hours and gave me exactly what I had asked for
I have been using this company for years but recently they have changed. I booked a car park but since then my flight times have changed. The dates are still the same but the times are different. They won’t let me amend it and stated I would need to cancel and rebook. This will cost me an extra £36.
We booked skyparksecure at London Gatwick and I can say this has been the worst mistake I have made. They do not pick up your call when you call them. After calling countless time for over half an hour, they messaged me asking about my details and where I was. After texting them back and going to the location I was told to be when dropping off my car, I found out there were 3 more couples waiting to be picked up by them and one of them had been waiting for over an hour to be picked up. After being picked up by an hour they scrambled to find my car keys as well which took them another 10 minutes. I would never use them and rather will pay that extra 20-30 pounds than go through that hassle with them!

AFTER COHNTLESS ATTEMOTS TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY, I RECEIVED NO RESPONSE WHICH LEFT ME NO CHOICE BUT TO BOOK PARKING DIRECTLY WITH THE AIRPORT. STAY CLEAR. We booked almost a month ago adding our cars make and model
Upon arrival yesterday we were informed by the guy on the gate we couldn’t park there as our model was too big!
Why on earth does your website accept booking and payments for cars they know too well are too big?
We then had to at the last minute race around trying to find a car park willing to take us at very last minute or lose our holiday. Very stressful and thankfully eventually Hunters car park did help us!
The thing that has made me so angry though we have requested our money back to be informed that because we did not read the small print stating you do not allow large cars we have lost our money!!!
How can you get away with this, what have you provided that allows you to keep it. I will be seeking legal help upon my return

I am a lone female traveller and the experience with this company made me feel very unsafe.
When I landed, I called as per the procedure, and was told that my car wouldn’t start. They told me that they had also tried to start the car the previous day and it had not worked.
They did not make any attempts to contact me to tell me this was the case at all.
They said that they would try to jump start my car.
While I was waiting for my case I received a message from an unknown number saying nothing but an address.
Once I had my case I called them to let them know I had my case, again, as per the procedure. A male answered the phone told me that I needed to get to the address that was texted to me and then proceeded to hang the phone up, no further information given to me.
I called him back shell shocked that he had just hung up on me, I asked him for his name to which he gave something that sounded like Mars or Maz and then promptly proceeded to hang up on me once again.
I called back a third time asking what I was supposed to do as they had broken my car that was functioning absolutely fine when I dropped it off and had no way of getting to this random address that they had sent me. I was told that I had to get a taxi to the random address they had texted me, they would not pay for my fare and they would not provide any sort of transportation to get to my car either.
I am a lone female and nervous traveller as it is, which is why I paid the extra to have this door to door service.
Again he hung up on me.
Around 10 minutes later a male claiming to be the manager giving the name of: “Ali Work” called me and stated that there was nothing I could do, I needed to get a taxi to this random place on my own if I wanted to get my car back. They would not pay for a taxi and they would not provide transport.
I felt incredibly unsafe being directed to attend a random postcode that a random number had texted me all on my own.
Another 10 minutes later I recieved another call from another random number saying that they had miraculously got my car working and that my car would be with me in 10 minutes at the drop off place.
I made my way to the drop off place where I waited for 30 minutes and my car finally arrived. There was no apology for the way I was treated.
I dread to think what would’ve happened if I would’ve just done what the random number had told me and got a taxi to the random postcode and didn’t question the many people I spoke with on the phone.
I have no idea if my car really wouldn’t start on this day or if this was a fabricated story.
It is now a week later and I have used my car most days since and it has worked absolutely fine. There has never been an occasion where my car has not started ever since I bought the car from new.
I will never use this company again and urge another customers, especially lone females not to use this company.
I booked parking for Stanstead Airport. I was going away for a week so put in the dates I needed the parking for and added the times. Went through the booking and paid. The confirmation came back and changed the dates to exit on the same day, so basically a few hours parking. There was no way to amend booking so cancelled to rebook. I was then told it was non refundable. When I contacted them I was told that there computer system doesn't make mistakes and I wouldn't get my money refunded even though I wanted to rebook. I had to use another company and had to pay again. Steer clear of this bunch of scammers with poor customer service. Use holiday extras who were happy to help me.

I booked & paid for parking for a week, checked my email and it said less than one day. Customer no service refused to help me to fix my booking. I’ve tried to fix it over the weekend but the site wouldn’t let me and they have zero support over the weekend to help and when I explained how emotionally charged the situation was as we have sens children they cut off the chat, as they were not comfortable. Incredible. I’ve paid for a weeks parking for less than one day which I explained to the agent, but zero empathy or understanding. So instead of parking next to the terminal as I had originally intended, my sens children will be waiting and worrying that the transfer won’t come as they fear the worst. The additional extortionate cost is secondary to this. This has put a huge strain on what should be excited times for our family.
Always use skyparksecure. Had to cancel on one occasion and the refund was sorted straight away.Not travelling for a few weeks but I had a query about disabled parking.They answered my query and I was happy with the outcome.Will review again once we're back from holiday.But I'm sure everything will be fine .
Where do I even begin? Skyparks is running what feels like a total scam. I booked airport parking through them for Luton at 3am, only to arrive and be met with a locked barrier and zero access to the car park. No staff. No signage. No help. Just stress and panic while we frantically drove and walked around, convinced we were losing our minds.
Time was ticking, and with our flight looming, we were forced to abandon the original booking and fork out an extra £130 to Purple Parking — who, I have to say, were incredible. They saved our trip, and their service was flawless in comparison to the disaster with Skyparks.
But it didn’t end there.
On returning, I contacted Skyparks, only to be told it wasn't their problem because they're “just brokers” — and they passed the blame to APL Parking. I double-checked my confirmation, and yes, it did say APL. But guess what? APL had no record of our booking.
After going back and forth between these companies like a game of hot potato, APL finally said they'd contact Skyparks. In the middle of this mess, I checked my bank statement and saw the payment had gone to “CSL Parking” — yet another name in this circus. I called them, only to be told they don’t even open until 4am, so even if we’d had a valid booking, no one would have been there to let us in.
No one is taking responsibility. Each company is shrugging their shoulders, blaming the others, and hiding behind red tape. I’ve had no apology, no explanation, and no refund.
After 1.5wks I am pleased to say, someone has taken accountability and my dispute has been resolved with a full refund.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with SkyParkSecure.com. Not only did I not receive any booking confirmation (which is critical for verifying or amending details), but when I raised this issue, the company flatly refused to take responsibility or issue a refund. This goes directly against their own stated Terms and Conditions, which clearly state a confirmation should be sent.
Had they simply fulfilled that basic obligation, this entire situation could have been avoided. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service has left me with no choice but to escalate the matter. I have already contacted Trading Standards and will also be speaking to local media.
Their handling of this issue has been completely unacceptable. From my perspective, the matter is far from resolved – and I strongly urge others to think twice before booking anything through this company.
