Airport Parking Manchester Omdömen

We have used Airport Parking some 4 times this ear and have found their service without Question one of the best experances we have had through out our airport parking for the last few years the coaches are great warm and comfortable

User friendly website, clear instructions, and great prices. On arriving super organized and friendly.

I waited over 45 minutes to be picked up from the airport. When I called after 30 minutes, I was falsely told that the driver had already been there and I wasn’t waiting. When the driver finally arrived, he gave a completely different version.
Extremely poor service and unacceptable communication. Absolutely do not recommend APM Park and Ride Manchester.

We use this company every time we fly from Manchester.
Excellent service, friendly staff and ideal location.

Used for a couple of years now wouldn't use anywhere else great prices, transfer taxi is quick and top staff

Wouldn’t use anywhere else again. So handy, reasonably priced. Never had an issue

All went to plan and was efficient.
My only comment is that your booking in office doesn’t look very professional. When your member of staff is talking to you with their backs towards you it can be difficult to hear what they are saying.

On arrival everything went smoothly, unfortunately our holiday was cancelled after 3 hours sat on plane. The mini bus picked us up and returned to car.We booked another holiday that week and they honoured our 7 day parking, brilliant 👏

Waited 5o minutes for the car to be returned and lied to when I enquired about it's progress. When the driver arrived he said he was only given the keys 10 minutes ago.
Also because I have an airport account as a taxi driver I was charged £21.90 on the VNPR system as my car wasn't moved for 2hrs after dropping off.
Absolute rubbish!

Easy parking easy drop off easy pick up great service

This car park is miles walk from the terminal no bus roadworks stopped a straightforward route and signs sent us the wrong way to collect my car, my car had been moved and can only assume the driver left some electrics on as battery was flat and had to wait for breakdown service I paid more for the convenience! Don’t bother use another car park!

Amazing place to park convenient and the staff are great

I use these guys every time we fly from MCR. They are so helpful and reliable. 2 more trips coming up before the end of the year and I’ve booked my car in for both. Thanks Chris

Love APM. Great staff, great service. I use no other parking company at Manchester Airport.

Used this company a few times now, hassle free parking at a very competitive price.
The shuttle service works like clockwork.

We’ll definitely use them again.

This is a great car park. Very close to the airport, v easy booking system and friendly staff. You never have to wait very long for them to come and pick you up when you return to the terminal. Perfect!

Nice staff usually, but on returning when they say "we'll be with you in 5 minutes - they really won't be! Yesterday it was 55 minutes. I phoned 3 times, my wife twice. Each time they answered "we're on the way, just a few minutes " On one of the calls, they said "we're around the corner, approaching Terminal 2". They weren't.

Please be honest folks, stop *lying* to customers. You lied to all of us yesterday. If, when I (and the other customers) phoned in the first place and you had said "we're very busy, it could be 50 mins delay", me and the other 9 or 10 passengers waiting could have got a taxi to the carpark. Instead, you just kept stringing us all along? Why?

The parking facility is well priced and in a great location for a quick transfer to/from Manchester Airport. I have used this parking facility a couple of times now and i have never been let down.
The parking facility feels secure and well managed.

Used your car park now about 4 times quick and easy to book fantastic rates !!! And the staff are very friendly and polite and helpful .

Dead easy and very good price
