Excellent as always

Excellent as always. Just book APH and enjoy your holiday. Don’t do what we once did and book with a competitor and see your car being driven off at great speed to be parked somewhere else - with APH everything is well done and you are looked after and we wouldn’t book with anyone else (ever again).

First time using APH Gatwick Meet &…

First time using APH Gatwick Meet & Greet. The service was helpful, though not very different from booking parking yourself — the main advantage was the cheaper price.

Drop-off and return were smooth, and the staff were courteous and professional.

My only concern is the amendment policy. I booked 6–7 months in advance, but when my flight changed terminal and time, I had to pay an extra £30–£35 to amend the booking. This wasn’t very clear at the time of booking and could be explained better.

Overall, a good service, but clearer communication on amendments would improve the experience

Maple Parking - Stanstead - EXCELENT

I’ve just returned from a 7-day trip to Spain from London Stansted Airport, where we used the APH Maple Parking Park and Ride facility.

From start to finish, this was an excellent experience. The booking process via the website and MyAPH is very smooth, with clear, easy-to-follow instructions. Payment is straightforward, and once completed, the booking confirmation and full instructions arrive promptly by email.

On arrival at the car park, everything is well organised. You simply park in a reception bay, unload your luggage, and report to reception—it’s all very easy. When handing over your key, you’re given a barcoded ticket, which acts as both your coach ticket and your vehicle collection ticket, so definitely keep it safe.

The bus transfer to the terminal takes just a few minutes and drops you right at the door. On return, the process is just as seamless—no need to call ahead, as the bus is already waiting in the coach bay for the short journey back to the car park.

Our car was ready and waiting in a departure bay, exactly as we left it—clean and well looked after, even with a paper mat placed in the driver’s seat.

I’ve used this company many times and have always had a consistently positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Poor, wont use again

Poor, wont use again. Early hours return into Bhx with 1 year old baby &6 adults (approx 01:15)
At A1 stop in queue. After a 10 -15 mins wait, a Bus turns up at stop (APH/Airparks).
Told by driver its not 'our bus' and to wait even longer, even though its going to APH/Airparks, same place at Mackadown Lane.
So waited in queue which had now grown even longer and out of shelter approx 15 - 25 persons waiting with cases etc.
A further APH/Airparks bus arrives behind original bus. Original bus leaves, half empty.
Expecting the 2nd bus to come to the front of the bus stand, shelter, stop/queue to allow us to board. But...No it stays where it is and allows all the 'late' arrivals in queue to board first, leaving those in queue first having to board last. Poor customer service. Will not use again

The Airparks buses operate on a continuous loop and, at busy times, multiple services may be running simultaneously for different car parks. However, we understand how confusing and frustrating this can be, especially when it appears that buses are not being used to their full capacity or that queues are not managed fairly.

This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and your comments regarding queue management and communication from our drivers will be shared with the relevant team to review and improve the process.

Service with a smile

I always use this company when I park at Gatwick but I never remember to write a review! I am always struck by how courteous the staff are, the bus drivers and the reception staff. The whole experience is easy and efficient. This time my car didn’t start at midnight when we arrived home. This didn’t seem to stress them and I was up and running, with their help, in a couple of minutes. A big thank you 🙏

Having used the amazing APH service at…

Having used the amazing APH service at Gatwick a couple of times, I was delighted to find an APH 'meet and greet' service at Heathrow. However, I later discovered APH 's role is as a booking agent for another company, MBW. I won't go into details here, but my car was not delivered to the agreed terminal and the rudeness displayed by the staff to myself and other customers was astounding. Although I am likely to use the APH parking at Gatwick again, this meet and greet with MBW is definitely one to avoid.

The reason I wont waste my breath with you directly is because there are endless bad reviews regarding this company that you have either ignored or told your customer "Its not your responsibility" when a vehicle is damaged or people are verbally abused! By Imagine parking Liverpool.

We have had good experiences with your company with other airport parking's but arriving to this, I was absolutely gobsmacked! When we arrived at Imagine parking! I truly cant believe you would allow such a bad company to continue operating under your company name with so many disastrous experiences!

If you had any decency or genuine concern for your customer you would have removed IMAGINE PARKING from your parking options, a long time ago.

So do the decent thing and put a stop to this appalling company!

We are naturally concerned by the points you have raised; however, it is not entirely clear whether these relate to a personal experience with Imagine Parking, or if your comments are based on reviews you have seen on Google. We would like to highlight that Google reviews are unverified and may not always be submitted by genuine customers.

We would appreciate further clarification regarding your comments, particularly in relation to the images you have referenced on Google Maps, as these do not appear to provide evidence supporting the concerns raised about the car park or its staff - especially the serious allegations of inappropriate behaviour.

If you have made a booking with APH for Imagine Liverpool and experienced an issue you wish to escalate, please send full details of your experience, along with your booking reference, to reviews@aph.com so we can investigate this further with the car park.

Easy to book and process

I had a very positive experience with APH. The online booking process was quick, simple, and offered very reasonable prices, which made everything stress-free from the start.

Although the service is outsourced, I found that their subcontractors were consistently professional and maintained a high standard of service throughout. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently.

I would definitely recommend APH to anyone looking for a reliable and well-organised service.

Over and beyond every day service

When we returned from our trip the brakes on my daughter's car were stuck on. The staff at APH Gatwick could not have been more helpful with three members of APH staff working hard to get us on our way. Thank you so much!

Imagine you have been trapped in India due to cancellations on flights for 8 days. You try to contact APH who you have used many times. It’s freezing cold, you can’t find your car in the dark, it’s frozen over. Did you get help from them??

Well done APH Gatwick

Well done APH Gatwick. We parked up and got the transfer bus, but when we arrived at South terminal my wife realised she had left her handbag (with money and phone) in our car!
I was just going to phone the APH office when the next drop off bus arrived and the driver called the parking lot to arrange for the handbag to be sent on another bus.
Luckily, that all worked out OK and we caught or flight.
So thanks again to all the staff at APH who helped us out that day.

Had to cancel due to on going situation in Dubai

Worst parking company I have dealt with APH
I am lead to believe they have no car parks and are only agents
Be aware of their terms and conditions which are not clear when i booked these we’re not offered to me
I had a problem late on a Friday due to flight being cancelled to Dubai
But couldn’t get in touch with them over the weekend because the customer service is close at weekends
I suggest you book directly with the airport talk about customer service it’s none existent never again
A Ruthless company who refuses to look after customers

No terms and conditions were offered when booking! You seem to guide people who have unfortunately booked with you to claim of their insurance My insurance was cancelled at the same time as I cancelled with you (a full refund was received)

We’re very sorry to hear that your travel plans were disrupted due to the situation in the Middle East. We appreciate how stressful and disappointing it can be when circumstances outside of your control affect a trip.

To clarify, APH operates its own car parks at Gatwick, Manchester and Cardiff, but we also act as a booking agent for a number of other UK airport car parks. The car park you selected on this occasion was the official Manchester Airport Meet & Greet service, which is operated by the airport and is sold as a Semi-Flexible product with stricter terms than many other options.

During the booking process, the flexibility type is shown at the quote stage as “Semi-Flexible.” If you hover over this label, it explains the amendment and cancellation deadline based on the dates entered. This information is also displayed again on the following page where personal details are entered, and it is repeated on the booking confirmation email, including the final date and time by which the booking can be amended or cancelled.

We completely understand that you contacted us as soon as you became aware of the cancellation the day before your travel, and we do appreciate that you reached out promptly. Unfortunately, this was still after the cancellation deadline of 25th February, which means the booking falls outside the terms for a refund.

When customers book one of our own APH-operated car parks, we do sometimes have more flexibility. However, when a third-party car park is booked, as in this case, we are still charged by the provider, which means we unfortunately have to adhere to the terms that apply to that product.

We’re genuinely sorry that we’re unable to provide the outcome you were hoping for and understand that this is frustrating given the circumstances. To try and help, we have offered to provide a letter that may support any travel insurance claim, and we will of course assist with that if needed.

Brilliant Customer Service

I had broken my ankle whilst on holiday and it had been a long and painful journey back from Portugal. You can imagine my feelings when we collected our car and it wouldn't start. However the staff at APH Manchester could't have neen more helpful, providing a spare battery for our key fob, and then giving us a jump start to get the car going (I was resigned to waiting for the AA to arrive).

All of the APH staff that we met that day were incredibly helpful and I cannot thank them enough.

Very disappointed with the Meet & Greet…

Very disappointed with the Meet & Greet service at Heathrow (Booking Ref: LMF7N, 11–17 Feb 2026). I followed all the required steps after landing—texting and calling as instructed—but when I arrived at the collection point my car was not there. I was repeatedly told it was “just around the corner,” which was clearly untrue. In total, I waited nearly 30 minutes for my vehicle to arrive.

This completely defeats the purpose of paying extra for a Meet & Greet service, which is meant to be quick and convenient. I would have retrieved my car faster from a standard long-stay car park.

Customer service was also very poor. The staff member I spoke with (Imran) was abrupt, unhelpful, and dismissive, and repeatedly gave misleading information.

I also submitted a formal complaint the day after I landed and have yet to receive any response, which only further demonstrates the poor level of customer service.

Update, Monday 22nd March, over a month since I landed, despite promises that my complaint would be treated ‘as a matter of urgency’ I am yet to hear anything! The poor customer service continues, avoid these guys like the plague people…..

We’re also sorry to hear about your interaction with the Park Giant team member, as this is not the level of service we expect for our customers.

Having checked our records, we can see that you contacted us over the weekend after advising that you had not received a response from Park Giant. One of our team has since contacted Park Giant first thing this morning to follow this up and has confirmed this update with you.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will update you as soon as we receive a response from Park Giant, unless they contact you directly in the meantime.

Issues were all fixed rapidly

There was an error with our booking which meant the parking and hotel started on the wrong day (no fault of APH). Although there was some challenges to ensure we had parking and hotel accommodation under the same booking, APH kindly agreed to refund the hotel part of our booking which was much appreciated. The guys at I Love Meet And Greet were also brilliant.

Following our recent correspondence with you, we contacted the hotel regarding your booking and have been able to secure a refund for the hotel portion. This refund has now been processed and should appear in your account within 5 working days.

For future bookings, we would always recommend reviewing your confirmation email as soon as it arrives. If any issues are spotted early, we can usually resolve them much more quickly when they’re reported shortly after the booking is made.

FANTASTIC COMPANY - very friendly if problems

FANTASTIC COMPANY Flight and Hotel moneylost/cancelled because of Troubles, utter nightmare . BUT rang APH Parking Customer services to ask to amend or cancel my 19 day parking- "10 seconds" later FULL REFUND. Breath of fresh air in todays world. No Stress No begging. RECOMMEND HIGHLY..."THANK YOU"
