Great company, have used them many times and recommended them to many friends.
Customer service is excellent- very quick to respond and very helpful

Brilliant car park and security

Have used this service to book a number of times at Gatwick. Drop off has always been immediate. Usually a 5 minutes wait for pickup, nearer 10 minutes on a couple of occasions. Overall happy with the service and value.

AVOID! Horrible management and customer service. Actually non existent. They do not have a phone line to call. I have tried to amend my booking, that is not allowed. I had to cancel and book again. Making sure I will book with someone else.

Received map and confirmation, but they don't actually own any car parks. Turned up where requested, barrier wouldn't let us in (Liverpool airport).
Had to very quickly find some parking with Skypark Liverpool which has REAL car parking and a very similar name to SkyPark Secure!
Had to pay twice as SkyPark Secure refuse to give a refund! AVOID

Not very good .paid for fast track and was closed ….email address keeps bouncing back .
Greet and meet is like normal parking only they take your car away to “who knows where “
Will never use them again .

Always use skyparksecure, great service always and great service from Maple parking- flight was 1.5 hours late and an hour to get luggage, but car was there ready and waiting!

I accidently put the wrong end time by a few hours. I tried to modify it but it and it said there was space and I was able to for my car park but wouldn't let me continue it wanted me to pay an extra £25 for a different car park. I used the chat and spoke to a woman called Rachel who was the most useless person I have ever spoke to in my life who just said cancel it (with no refund) and do it again or add it 4 hour car park on top?? absolutely shocking! never use them again!

Used SkyPark's Meet and Greet service at EMA. Complete waste of money - paid £56 for two days parking. On arrival, we parked the car ourselves, in the short stay car park. Had to wait for the guy to collect the key, despite having called to say we were close. Then had to pay £12 for 'barrier charges' on top of what we had already paid.

My daughter booked back in October approx £75 to park at Manchester, she arrived today to find the carpark fenced off

NO warning NOTHING

She had to pay twice that to use another company's Parking facility

BUYER BEWARE - There seems to be some MASSIVE PROBLEM

Booked airport parking not had confirmation come through don't know what to do when ariving at airport. Cant ring anyone, sent 3 emails now still nobody come back to me in 3 days. Going have to book parking through another company looks like lost my money? Obviously a scam. Will never use skyparks again.

Hi SkyPark Secure - can you please respond to my emails regarding my refund, I've not heard from you since the 16th April, where have you gone?

AVOID I wish I had read the reviews before using them. I booked parking for Gatwick, changed it per their online guidance (due to illness) and received confirmation of the adjusted date. Upon arriving to the airport the vendor said they had no update of the change in booking but would honor and sort it out. Now I’m being asked to pay double to the third party to release my car and skypark are non responsive! I’m getting on a flight in three hours and am receiving multiple follow ups from the vendor harassing me for payment and skypark have disappeared from the conversation.

Customer service very quick and efficient when needing to amend/cancel.

Diabolical customer service, faceless organisation. Never sent booking confirmation after me paying despite me chasing for this several times to be resent. Booking was never passed to the car park which resulted in me being forced to pay for parking TWICE. AVOID at all costs and book elsewhere.

Paid to park and realised that I should have stated an earlier time. As it was only 24 hours before my booking couldn’t be changed but the staff reassured me that it would be ok to park earlier if necessary.

Dodgy Company that sell cheap parking and i some cases fraudulent parking with dodgy company's.

I booked with them and to my horror was given a call 12hrs before booking to be advised they would be moving my car off site and would be parked somewhere safe so I would have to hand over keys.

A quick Google to check the firm out, brought up loads of scam alerts and stolen vehicle warnings.

I advised skypark secure, they just said they are just the booking agent not there problem.

Thankfully I paid with credit card so have had start a chargeback.

I have used this company for years we were booked in at East Midlands but we couldn’t get there my friend couldn’t fly they had been told so I notified them 48 hours before and they told me you had to give them 72 hours notice what kind of company would provide a service, like that. There’s one thing for sure I will never use them again

First time of using, and I was really impressed. Contacted them when our flights were changed and received prompt and really helpful advice about the time windows for arrival and return. This level of service was matched during the drop off itself with easy directions, a quick scan of the car and fast handover, before a 2 minute walk to the terminal. On return, again very helpful, and I was back in my car within a couple of minutes of getting to reception. Absolutely great and Ive already booked with them for my next holiday. Nuff said.

I booked parking and at check out it changed the dates to today and times in the past, so it let me book parking in the past. I have tried to call but no number works and the email box is saying full! AVOID AVOID AVOID! pay that little bit more and use a trusted site.
