No phone number supplied for retrieving car and to exit car park. Tried to contact them by whats app, phone and email. None worked, no way to contact them, poor customer service. Airports and carparks are stressful enough without this hopeless shower being able to take your money and leave you unsupported. Other excellent airport parking services. Avoid at all costs, not even the cheapest.
I booked this based on reviews. I had to wait nearly an hour for my car to be collected. In turn I had to pay a higher parking fee waiting for the agent. When I received my car back after 8 days, it was absolutely covered in mud and bird muck. Not sure where it had been. Just disappointing to see my brand new car in this state.
Cannot thank the team more. Parking was close to airport and they were all very kind - I had an absolute nightmare with my passport and they were helpful, kind, and were super generous in allowing me to come back an hour later than booking and they drove me to the airport - they did not need to do this and I was very grateful - they did not make me feel stupid or annoying at all! Pick up on return was super easy as well and all in all great service, I'll certainly use again
Recently parked two cars at Manchester airport. Found the car park really difficult to find with no signage advising Sky Park Secure. Similarly the internal signage was equally inadequate.
Advertisement on booking advised the car park was within walking distance from the car park, which wasn’t actually the case and would have been almost impossible with any kind of luggage.
As other people have noted the company are difficult to contact to discuss any issues with. Our return flight was unfortunately delayed by 24 hours and we were charged almost the same cost for an additional 24 hours as we were for the previous entire weeks stay. No representative to discuss with upon return and nobody answered the phone on the key collection desk. As the key collection is fully automated and are not released until payment has been made we had no choice but to make the payment. Felt scammed.
Won’t be using again.
Be warned this company uses agents which are clearly not vetted we left our car at East Midlands airport only to return to an empty tank of petrol with over 90 miles used and my car running unlocked in a car park unattended I would never use or recommend this company to anyone I have complained only to be fobbed off by both this company and the agent

My wife booked the parking because it was the cheapest, when I saw it was offsite parking I feared the worst. I tried to cancel but it was too late. Arrived at the carpark and was disappointed to say the least as it was in the middle of an industrial estate. Dropped off the car and was given a card with a barcode the bus driver was very helpful. On arrival back from holiday I called the number on the card and was told where to wait for the bus. The bus arrived within five minutes and the driver helped put our bags on the bus. When we go the carpark I was given my keys and the car was ready to collect. Altogether a very easy and pleasant experience. I would recommend them.
This was the first time I’d used Meet & Greet, having been a faithful customer of APH parking for many years. The cost of Meet & Greet was about £40+ extra. Finding the Meet & Greet at T2 Manchester Airport was a real pain. The signage for it is very bad, especially if it’s the first time.
I don’t know what I was expecting but it was pretty underwhelming to be honest. It was no different to APH in the fact that you drive in and are directed to a parking lane. The greet is simply a bloke in HiVis that tells you where to go in the terminal. Once in the terminal it is up to you to lodge your keys (at APH you leave the keys in the car for them to deal with). You get a tag once the key is secured telling you where to go on your return.
The return was pretty easy but it’s no different to you parking it yourself except you’d have an idea exactly where to go. I suppose I expected the car to be at a pick up point. At APH your car is close by and ready to go.
The plus, of course, is it’s right next to the terminal and you don’t need to get a bus to the airport, especially in inclement weather conditions. I’m afraid it’s not for me unless I was in a rush.

We used Skypark Secure at East Midlands Airport. We went for meet and greet, this time. After accepting the advertised booking we then saw that we'd have to pay an additional £6 to leave and the retrieve the car £12 in total.
We were expecting a few minutes walk to the terminal. As I said, we had to drop the car im the short stay car park, which is about as far away from the terminal as you can get. It took a good 10 minutes, in pitch dark, with suitcases, lifting up and down kerbs.
We'd have been better using the car parks, as the shuttle bus drops you closer and on the level.
They make a big deal about returning your car in the same condition it was left in. That was true, externally. The driver's footwell was caked in mud.
My flight times were changed so had to amend my booking, it was updated with ease and no issues! Very pleased with customer service, thank you

Avoid ! Trying to cancel my booking and they refuse without any adequate reason. Their cancellation policy states free cancellation for up to 24h before. Avoid as they will try to keep money sending silly emails and there is no contact information at all except their message system ! AVOID !!!!
We were very happy with SKyParkSecure, as it offered an easy drop-off at the location and a speedy transfer to Terminal 5.
Our return flight arrived at 5.30 a.m, and the contact telephone number given was answered after two rings! We were collected within 10 minutes from the Terminal car park and taken back to collect our car.
Polite, courteous and efficient service, will definitely use again!

Book a parking space at Luton airport online. I was sent the confirmation and post code of the car park. Our flight was at 3.30am so arrived at the car park early hours of the morning. The post code was wrong so after driving around for over and hour we tried the phone number on the confirmation. After going through the voice menu final got through only to be informed the office is only 9 to 5. Eventually I took and wrong turning and by pure luck we were at the car park. When we got to the airport they were calling for us so we nearly missed our flight. When we returned home after our holiday it was daylight and you could see the small grey signage set back from the entrance of the car park. The staff at the car park said the wrong post code is often given and the signage is not good at night. So if you book parking at Luton the post code could be wrong.
I think this is a good site and service, I have used it several times with no real issues, they also have offers and codes to help get discounts. They have several options to choose from when booking.
My problem is that with my last booking even though I am 100% certain I booked the right dates, when I arrived at APL Parking in Liverpool I was told the booking start date was tomorrow. This then meant having to pay extra £20 for one days parking which is a fair bit for outside airport parking.
Now they did send a booking email, but just like when you buy stuff at supermarkets you don't always check the receipts to see if they have charged you wrong (which does happen more than you know) I didn't fine check the dates in the email. It was the wrong date, so i had to pay extra.
But having checked my browsing search history I could see I had booked for the right date on several different parking sites. I booked a month in advance and remember using the right date. So its processed the wrong date, either from cookies/data on my computer or on their site backend.
Also I asked APL how much 3 days parking would be for the next month and they said about £44. I had paid £44 for my booking so it should have been 3 days, based on common sense and their usual prices. But I was charged about £64 in the end (including the approximate 16% Skypark promo discount) that's just ridiculous.
So without the online discount this means I have been charged £71.20 for 3.625 days of parking....Id rather train it down then pay that.
Used this company for the first time at Birmingham Airport. Great communications, good price and good friendly service.

Unfortunately due to circumstances, I had to cancel my parking with the company.
I had an issue with the refund which turned out to be entirely my fault but the parking company dealt with the situation perfectly.
I will definitely use this company again.
