I kindly emailed Skypark yesterday, to kindly inform them that I had made a slight error. And that my exit time from the car park would actually nearer8pm. But had booked an exit for 7pm.
The gentleman/lady whom responded to my email. Depicted an exceptionally friendly, professional, and thorough manner.
Commencement of an end with the words
“ Dear Sir/Madam. Are always of the upmost importance to someone whom Like myself, is of old school manners . Something which is unfortunately in demise in today’s society.
I fully encompass the belief if commending members if staff/employees when merited.
The tone, use if grammar, was exceptional.
And I feel they are a credit to your organisation. And this should be commended as such.

Having booked parking at Heathrow airport we changed our car and, had to inform SkyPark of our new number. They responded quickly and the new car was recorded.
However, we decided to change the car registration for our private number.
I contacted SkyPark too girl them if the second change and, again they updated their records quickly.
We use SkyPark regularly without any problems. We'll done the SkyPark team.
I used Skypark Secure to park my car at London Heathrow Terminal 4 last week. Skypark Secure acts as a broker for parking services. My booking was made through them, but the actual provider was a company called Kwik Park meet and greet.
You need to call a number half an hour before your arrival to get to the terminal. They instruct you to go to the short stay car park, where they will take your car. You are required to pay short stay parking charges of £7.50.
Their standard procedure is to meet you at the short stay car park after you call them half an hour prior. In my case, my return flight was at Gatwick Airport. I traveled in my friend's car and entered their parking garage. I found the garage to be quite secure, with cameras in place and double-gated access. When I made the phone call, my call was answered promptly, and they sent me all the necessary postcodes to retrieve my car.
I received my car in good condition. Additionally, I found that Skypark Secure offered competitive pricing. I used a Blue Light Card discount, which allowed me to save even more. I recommend this service, but keep in mind that there are additional charges of £7.50 each time you drop off or collect a vehicle from the terminal.
Purchased parking and lounge access. Lounge access was for 2&1/2 hrs with entry 3 hrs prior to flight departure. Was given an entry time to departure lounge that only gave us 1&1/2 hrs and reached out to lounge and parking to rectify this and they just kept spouting policy and blaming me for the problem with no interest in offering any solution whatsoever even although my flight is not due for another month. Don’t expect to get any help should you need to make any changes to your bookings as neither company shows any sympathy or shows any empathy. Just won’t use them again.
Flying with easyJet but when I booked it was terminal 1.
I then booked my parking, fast track and lounge with skypark.
I then received an email stating easyJet will be flying from terminal 2 so I emailed them numerous times and they would not move my booking from terminal 1 to 2 so I have had to book again and wait for them to send me a refund for my 1st booking.
Inconvenient and pretty annoying that you can't speak to a person it all has to be done through emails.
I won't be using them again and be very wary because some bookings they don't refund if you want to cancel.
Booked with this company, did not send email to me, turned up at car park didn’t recognise my number plate, tried to contact company with no response, would not book with this company, still waiting for my money back.
Booked a short stay at Stansted airport, my husband left my car with Skypark secure/ Peak park and ride for me to collect 5 hours later. The instructions said ‘ call the number as soon as you are through arrivals’, I rang the number and the man asked if I was at the Radison hotel, I said no that I had just come through arrivals and he said to call again when I was outside the hotel. I rang again when I was there and he said that he would be 5 minutes, a large family were waiting and a black minibus with ‘private taxi’ on the door and CJC on the bonnet arrived, the family piled in but at no point did the driver say that he was from Skypark secure and as there was no Skypark logo on the minibus I assumed that it was just one of many taxis coming and going. After 10 more minutes I rang again and asked why I was still waiting, the man said that he had been outside the hotel and that I wasn’t there, I asked him if it was a black minibus, he said yes and that he would be another 5 minutes. Another group of young men arrived and when the minibus arrived they didn’t think it was the right vehicle for Skypark either and again the driver did not say that he was from Skypark. To be honest it was a shambles and I wouldn’t use them again
Used this company a few times and again recently to book JetParks parking at Manchester which is very convenient, great bus transfer and competitive price.
But what set the company above what I expected was the prompt and friendly service I got when I got myself in a muddle with my booking. I had been nervous about whether I'd get any help, whether anything say behind an e- booking /process but my worries were unfounded - my query was quickly picked up and sorted smoothly.
I would like to thank the drivers of your buses for all their help. I was traveling with my daughter and disabled mum and your drivers on our return journeys (24 & 31 October) went out of their way to assist us. I cannot thank them enough for their help. They were amazing and made what could have been very difficult very easy. A great big thank you from me to them.
Unfortunately but they are very misleading and would suggest to avoid.
My experience was from East midlands airport
They quoted me about £13 cheaper than official EMA short stay, however when tou pay initial sum - you get instructions that you will have to pay £6 to drop off the car and another £6 to leave parking so there is virtually no difference from official parking, however with them you will have to entrust your car so they can take it in to a safe spot (unnecessary risk, considering that at this point you are not saving any money anymore)
Also on their website you book it as a MEET AND GREET (which would make you think that it will be in front of the airport) however you are sent to short stay car park to the row C which is furtherest place away from the airport.
Barrier was broken and I didn't need to pay to enter the parking, however the driver still insisted that I have to pay for him to leave car park. (Not sure how he would do that without ticket or token as it was not issued to me due to broken barrier) had no time to argue about it and left as it is....never ever again
Very easy to book. I usually book through a third party, but this time I booked direct - it was cheaper!!!
I had to amend my booking, the process was very easy - I simply emailed them and they adjusted it with no issues.
Will recommend and definitely use again.
My flights changed at short notice and I thought I had to amend my entry/exit times. Unknowns to me there is plenty of wiggle room on the entry/exit times and there was no need to change my original travel plans.
The response to my enquiry on this matter was pretty much instant. Great service 👏

I have always had very good service from this company. I recently had to cancel a booking as we have a seriously ill member ofvour family so wont be able to travel. I sent an email with booking ref and reason for cancellation, no question refund approved on same day and returned to bank account 2 days later which was a sunday. In my opinion a great company, why would i use anyone else? And our car is always ready on return.
Had to contact customer services to make an amendment to a booking - dealt with very quickly and accurately!
I recently made an airport booking with Skypark which was super easy online, and detailed information was provided. Unfortunately I made an error documenting my car registration and had to contact the team to rectify. They we extremely quick to respond, amended my information immediately and sent out new details. The service was prompt, professional and friendly.
