Rhys and Brian were good instructors, the location was easily accessible with good parking. the course content was informative and engaging

Good pace of learning, friendly atmosphere, jovial with serious attention to the subject of first aid. Good knowledge shown by the instructors.

I recently attended 3 day 1st aid course with liverpools St Johns Ambulance , the centre was nice and clean , there was a canteen with access to a kettle and microwave and plenty of seating around , there was even a butty van that came round for you to purchase your lunch from.
The course was informative , we did role play and group exercises to help us understand how to do CPR , the recovery position , etc , what to do when attending an incident , how to treat a casualty etc
Our main tutor was Julie Smith , she made the course interesting not just with the way she taught the course but with her experiences that she shared with us , she was approachable and friendly , and encouraged us to ask questions , she showed empathy and understanding .
i really enjoyed doing the course and i learnt an awful lot from doing it , and i feel confident enough to use the skills i learnt when im needed to.

My pediatric blended course started off disjointed as there was chaos with the online certificates that were not dated. Other than that it went well, just know the online course information inside out as you are tested on it…

Jase was our teacher for the course and what a teacher very informative and smooth delivery of the course very helpful and made sure he explained and made sure everyone understood and took everything out of the training SUPERB

My teacher Jace at Loveday road in ealing was an amazing teacher, made it relatable and relevant

I did a 3 day first aid for work course in Bristol (Bedminster) and it was great. I felt like I learned a lot and it was also quite fun. Joshua Lister Mitchell was a great teacher, he made sure we all knew what we were doing, he was very clear and engaging but also made it fun. Would 100% recommend the course.

Paul made the experience fun to learn about and taught us everything required. Great teacher.

I recently attended a three day first aid at work course. My trainers, Katie and Odelle were exceptional and very knowledgeable. Lots of role play which I particularly enjoyed. Can highly recommend St John Ambulance. I even got to put my skills to the test when a lady on the train became unwell on my journey to work. I reassured her and asked lots of questions and stayed with her until she felt better. Thank you to Katie and Odelle for their medical guidance and support throughout.
