I recently attended 3 day 1st aid course with liverpools St Johns Ambulance , the centre was nice and clean , there was a canteen with access to a kettle and microwave and plenty of seating around , there was even a butty van that came round for you to purchase your lunch from.
The course was informative , we did role play and group exercises to help us understand how to do CPR , the recovery position , etc , what to do when attending an incident , how to treat a casualty etc
Our main tutor was Julie Smith , she made the course interesting not just with the way she taught the course but with her experiences that she shared with us , she was approachable and friendly , and encouraged us to ask questions , she showed empathy and understanding .
i really enjoyed doing the course and i learnt an awful lot from doing it , and i feel confident enough to use the skills i learnt when im needed to.

driver was friendy and respectful of my property , he closed the gate behind him and my parcel was delievered within the time frame given

Delivery driver was polite unfortunately the blinds had to be returned as the did not fit and 9 days after returning them I still have not received my refund

I have had problems with Hermes in the past but my last delivery went as I expect a delivery to go , I was kept informed of my parcels delivery the item was delivered within the time slot and the courier was friendly and polite and shut my gate

the bed is very comfortable , but there was no instructions , i would have given more stars but the delievery let the company down , the delievery men were rude and unhelpful
