Awful service

Awful service. Need to get prescription in 2 weeks before due date as opposed to one week. GP will not prescribe any earlier than one week. Explained and was told I had to speak to GP again.

This was not an issue when I first started the service. Had to get an emergency prescription. Was told to ring 111 that sent me to boots who sent me back to the GP. They eventually agreed to give a new prescription because Pill time were going to be one week late. Shocking service.

Thank you for your feedback.

Once we receive your prescription, PillTime requires approximately ten days to deliver your repeat medication which we aim to send once every 28 days. We are aware this is a longer lead time that a traditional pharmacy but this is to allow time to prepare, pouch and deliver your medication in the PillTime pouches.

Paid for Prince 2 foundation and…

Paid for Prince 2 foundation and Practioner. Completed foundation but wife feel very I'll and couldn't take the exam. Allowed to come back but missed the score by a few points whilst still caring for my wife. Try to rearrange to sit the course again. Told that the the limit had run out. So much for their promises

I'm sorry to hear you felt we broke a promise to you.

We supported your decision to leave your accelerated PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner course to look after your wife and you were not charged for the training or accommodation you missed.

We're also glad you were able to return to finish your training at a later date. Firebrand's terms are such that students have up to 12 months to take advantage of their Certification Guarantee - return and take the course free while only paying for incidental costs.

I'm sorry but your request to return was outside of the 12 month Certification Guarantee window.
