The service was excellent from start to finish. The car was presented immaculately, the test drive was comprehensive and all staff were polite and professional. Negotiation was fair and the salespersons were knowledgeable and honest.

Harry and Adam were extremely helpful and really friendly to deal with. The Golf I bought is excellent performance wise and really comfortable to drive. The whole experience of buying the car was great.

In the process of purchasing a used Tiguan from Volkswagen Newport. Cannot fault the service we received from Adam, top man. Helped answer all of our questions, nothing was ever too much. Also what we liked was the fact he wasn’t one of those pushy salesmen, nice guy.

The complete package was 1st class from initial consultation thru to collection and handover of the car .Eliot couldn’t have done anymore very easy to deal with and 100% helpful from beginning to end .

Poor. Attended showroom with my daughter to view a VW Polo. The 3 years old car had badly and uneven wear to the front tyres consistent with the tracking being way out although it had just passed its Sinclair VW pre sales check and a new MOT! One tyre being badly worn to the outside. The car should not be sold in that state. The salesman was dismissive and even became argumentative when challenged over basic issues. Although interested they lacked basic negotiating skills and good customer rapport. I have purchased from Sinclair’s on several occasions previously but this experience means I will not return. Go elsewhere!
