Very pleasant lady on the service desk
Very pleasant lady on the service desk. She was very polite helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Everything was completed satisfactorily with my vehicle and washed lovely and clean.
The gentleman who completed the handover was extremely polite and helpful. Very pleased with the service received.

Hay on wye sinclair ! The journey from contacting the service dept and after care was exceptional !
Yasmin who handled my service is clearly a huge asset to the company . Yasmin is caring, customer service focused and warm / friendly and a great sense of humour . Yasmin made the whole process easy and stress free . Gemma also followed up via email to make sure I was happy ! Week done and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealership !

Superlative after sales customer service
Amazing customer service! Following my recent purchase of a new Land Rover Defender, I had some concerns regarding the car's performance. Dave Haynes at Sinclair was exceptionally responsive and arranged for the vehicle to be brought in and looked at very promptly. The service team were great; Terry Pepper in particular was a fount of knowledge and answered all questions in depth from both a technical and very practical perspective. Thank you team Sinclair!
