Our Defender was booked in for service & an issue with one of the fobs. Courtesy vehicle, prompt resolution of the fob problem, all done in 24 hours & returned having had complimentary car wash.

Everything is just very well done. I had a small issue with the boot not closing properly. When I was there they repaired the vehicle, did 2 recalls then cleaned the car inside and out. All this within 2 hours. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly.

I have no qualms about awarding Sinclair Group a 5* rating. They offer an above average experience and importantly, I trust the workmanship. A seamless and dare I say, pleasant operation where your vehicle is given the best attention, and defects remedied by experienced mechanics. Front of House is good as well and the coffee (reported on before) is superb. All in all a good establishment, which I trust implicitly.
