So, an update and a change a heart. After reviewing of the journey thus far, Bal, contacted me personally and I have to say was superb. He booked in all the necessary work that needed to be carried out before the boiler install. The work was done within a day and the boiler booked for the following week, to suit us. If it had been possible Bal would have booked us in earlier. Our
experience since dealing with Bal and Victoria was absolutely brilliant! On the back of those two individuals I definitely give Simply Eco 5 Stars. We now have hot water again, thank you so much. I would definitely recommend Simply Eco to anyone considering them.

From beginning to final installations we were happy with work.One little problem the men fitting the fans left a lot of dust ,a dust sheet would have prevented this problem.Office staff,the man measuring up,the installers all were polite and efficient.

Simply Echo are one of the most efficient company’s that I have dealt with. All stages of the process were clear and quick and I was kept well informed. The staff at the office, the surveyor and the installation engineers were polite, friendly and explained everything as they went along.
Above all they did a fantastic job, cleared up afterwards and removed all waste. This was later followed up with an installation inspection.

Many thanks to Simly Eco, very professional and efficient, boiler is great very quiet and works very well. All the engineers from the surveyor to the boiler installers, to the office team were very professional and kept is informed constantly, the grant application takes a but if time but that is understandable, providing important information from bank statements to gas and electric bills, on the whole my Mother and our family have been extremely happy with the instalation and all the team , many thanks .

The whole process took approximately 4 months from start to finish. The installation itself went smoothly over 3 day period for the ,3 separate trades. All were very friendly and willing to explain what and why they were doing certain things. Communication was very good. Boiler works well, our home is lovely and warm. Would highly recommend.

Excellent from the outset, I have been impressed with the team at simply eco from the beginning to the end. The surveyor was knowledgeable and helpful and explained what my house needed to bring it up to current standards. The tradesmen arrived on time on the date that had been agreed and were all really professional. The gas engineer Teodor Minca was top class. He fitted my heating system within a day which was far beyond my expectations.

In addition to my earlier review, I feel I should expand on my experience with using Simply Eco.

From my very first contact with the office staff through to the instillation of my boiler, everyone was professional and the process was smooth and easy.

The office staff were very helpful and accommodating, eased my worries and were very flexible regarding dates.

The fitters were professional, turned up on time, were very polite and done a thorough job, left no mess and answered any questions that I had.

I would recommend Simply Eco to anyone that was thinking of using them.

We completed the application and within minutes had a phone call. They talked through everything we needed to know and quickly told us we had been accepted. We were then kept up to date about appointments and all documents that we had sent in. Very quickly after this we had a call to arrange for the surveyor to visit. During this visit he was thorough and told us what needed to be done and what to expect.
We then a few days later received a call to arrange for the loft insulator and electrician to come out and fit an extractor fan and insulation in the loft. Once this was completed we quickly received a call from the manager booking us in the following day for the boiler to be installed. Three men arrived to carry out the works, they were all very friendly, tidy, efficient and informative. They made sure I had all information on what they were doing each step of the way. Once finished they went through the new system with me and how to manage this on my phone. They left the house tidy and had put everything back they had moved.
We later had a visit from someone to check the works carried out and sign the property off. The whole process was easy and everyone was informative and nothing too much for them. We are very happy.

I recently had loft insulation and a brand new boiler fitted with simply eco. I'm so happy I chose this company as they were fantastic with everything. It took approximately 4 weeks from initially contacting them and everybody I dealt with was so helpful and friendly. The man that came to fit the boiler had a difficult job because of the position but he said we brilliant and got to work so quickly. My heating is working brilliantly and I have constant hot water at the perfect temperature. Genuinely feel so lucky to have had this under a government grant. Thanks again from Millie Ash

I would have loved to have given five stars to Chris and his crew but, through no fault of their own, this was clearly a two day job, total central heating replacement.
They worked flat out for eleven hours and were clearly out on their feet, so I told them my wife and I, both 79 years old, would tidy up which was a massive job that could have been done comfortably over two days
