The service is first class throughout the whole experience the professional attitude was great. Very pleased with the finished product. I would recommend Simply Eco Ltd very highly. No problems or stumbling blocks from start to finish fantastic.

Brilliant from first contacting them to sending someone out to do checks and then having the boiler put in. It did take longer than it should have due to the plumber they sent out first telling me I needed to pay for a roofer. But I contact simply ego and said I shouldn’t have to do this the plumber should know how to handle a flat roof and ask for someone else. Which they did send out and then he got on with it and all was done by 3.30 that day. What I did like is I was able to contact simply ego via WhatsApp so not having to take calls which was better for me personally due to my job.

SimplyEco provided a great service. I didn’t realise I was eligible for a free boiler upgrade until they told me. They replaced the boiler, the loft insulation and installed ceiling and window vents. Our old boiler was 60 years old and not easy to replace but the team did all within a few a smile and never complained. Highly recommended.

I was curious about what they had to offer, saw the postcode box and thought I'd be able to get a bit more information without providing any more details. I used my phones autocomplete to fill the postcode and clicked next, the form was already populated with my details but I had decided I didn't want to proceed so I left the page. Within seconds I had received a text and then a follow-up email which I had never actually submitted to them.

They then proceeded to call me several times even after I had text them telling them to delete my details and not contact me further.

Felt like incredibly scummy practice. While I was only looking out of curiosity I have no intention of revisiting in the future.

As I was writing this a rep from them was still trying to call me. Told them I had responded to the text asking them to stop contacting me to which she said the bot had replied to the text and would remove my details.

We want to thank the Simply Eco Team for installing our new boiler. The team was very professional, efficient and friendly. The boiler was installed quickly and the engineers werw very helpful in showing us how the boiler operates.

They also left no mess and took away the really old boiler. They ensured the boiler was working before leaving to ensure we had no issues.

We would not hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends.

We want to thank the entire team at Simply Eco for the excellent service from start to finish, expecially to Muhammed and Ali who installed our new boiler. The lads were professional clean and tidy, and completed all work to a very high standard. I would highly recommend.

I reached out to Simply Eco for help with getting a new boiler, and I have to say, the support I received was fantastic! They asked me a bunch of questions to figure out if I was eligible for some financial assistance, and within minutes, I found out that I was!

The next step was a survey, which revealed we needed some extra insulation. That was taken care of in just a few weeks. Before I knew it, we got an appointment for the plumber to come by. The whole process was seamless, and the plumber was great—he kept me informed every step of the way.

When the new boiler was installed, I received lots of helpful information on how to use it. Overall, we’re absolutely thrilled with the experience from beginning to end.

The technicians arrived on time and cracked on straight away with the insulation of the loft and replacement boiler.
They eorked in a proffesional manner, clearing up after themselves, a very efficient and tidy job! They also put in a new thermostat controller, and explained how to work it.

We recently contacted simply eco for some home efficiency improvements. We chose this company as they were an approved supplier of our local council. We had been approached by other suppliers but upon checking the credentials of many, we could not gain confidence from their reviews or even find an online presence for some of them.
We were impressed by the positive feedback for simply Eco and decided to initiate first contact. Very quickly we received a friendly clear reply as to what any next steps would be if we decided to proceed. This was followed by a phone call from the company explaining what they did, how they operated and explained the pathway forward in very simple terms.
There seemed to be no confusion, no surprises and a very helpful friendly team to proceed with.
This was the point we decided it was the best option for us to put our trust in Simply Eco and proceed with loft insulation, extractor fan and replacement boiler. There was never any hard sell or pressure which gave us the confidence on its own, to continue.
During the coming days, wee were contacted by text, WhatsApp and personal phone calls so that all required information could be passed from us to them speedily. Again all very friendly and efficient, It was clear to us that this was a professional company who knew exactly what they were doing and did it very well with a strong customer focus.
It took a short time for all relevant checks, survey and paperwork to be completed but we were kept informed all the way, which even if things were delayed, sometimes that is all that is needed. Nothing was delayed in this instance, it flowed very smoothly.
Dates were set to do the work, with loft insulation first, ending in the boiler replacement. The teams who did the work including the surveyer and installers were again very professional and efficient, taking any potential stress out of the situation. The work was done to a high standard and then a final visit from an inspector to ensure the work was done to standard and to our satisfaction.
Let me be honest, I write more reviews of companies that perform less than I would have expected, and you can assume any others that just do their job will unlikely get a review from me as my time is precious, and writing this review has taken me some time but it is time well spent if it means that someone reading this who may be looking for the kind of work that we had done, chooses Simply Eco as their supplier for boiler replacement etc..
In summary, as you may gather by now, I have been genuinely impressed with the quality of service and workmanship from this company and would be happy to recommend them to other based on my experience.

So, an update and a change a heart. After reviewing of the journey thus far, Bal, contacted me personally and I have to say was superb. He booked in all the necessary work that needed to be carried out before the boiler install. The work was done within a day and the boiler booked for the following week, to suit us. If it had been possible Bal would have booked us in earlier. Our
experience since dealing with Bal and Victoria was absolutely brilliant! On the back of those two individuals I definitely give Simply Eco 5 Stars. We now have hot water again, thank you so much. I would definitely recommend Simply Eco to anyone considering them.
