Simply eco was great from the start. Booked in for a survey. Nice guy came out and answered any questions I had. Had to wait a while for the installers to start but was worth it in the end. Had three different trades people in and all done decent work and cleaned up afterwards. Really happy with using Simply eco

At 1st i thought it was a scam has i was let down a couple of times with the loft insulation but I can reassure anyone reading this that it is 100% legit.my old boiler i don't think wud have lasted much longer i had my new boiler fitted n now i don't have worry about it breaking down. Knowing my luck if it wasn't for simply eco my boiler wud have broke At worst possible time winter. Now I don't have worry. So thank u simply eco for my new boiler i love it

I recently had a traditional boiler with water tank replaced with combi boiler by Simply Eco in addition to a loft insulation inspection and upgrade. Every aspect of the replacement was dealt with in a professional manner and I was more than happy with the installer David.

Simply Eco were outstanding from the start explaining the process and exactly what work would be carried out.
On the day of the boiler installation two engineers arrived, Moben and Naimul they were so polite and professional and immediately started working, throughout the installation they kept me updated on the work, nothing was to much trouble for them, they were amazing.
On completion I was shown how to operate the boiler.

The process to get my boiler was lengthy because I qualified for the free boiler scheme, however the team couldn’t have been more helpful. Andreas, Shanice and Alicia were always polite and got back to me when they said they would. The installers were great and completed the job quickly and efficiently, leaving my home clean and warm! I would thoroughly recommend Simply Eco .

Writing this review after receiving my boiler through the scheme offered by simply eco.
I didn't believe it would be possible but it was and all went through smoothly.
Start to finish all was dealt with properly, happy customer.

The wait time for the boiler to be fitted was quite a long time. However there was plenty of communication. And all went smoothly once the engineers were booked in and the boiler installed.

What can I say about simply eco from start to finish it was a pleasure working with company great Communication throughout the whole process from the customer care team they kept me upto date throughout a big thankyou to all the trades people from the Survey the loft installation team the electricians that fitted my extractor fan and finally engineer that fitted my boiler all very professional and took pride in there work was very polite and took all there rubbish away the customer care team took care of registering my new boiler explained to them we had been without hot water and heating for the last 3 weeks and they pushed everything through as fast as they could can’t recommend this company enough

I recently had a new boiler installed by Simply Eco, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The workers were absolutely lovely — friendly, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to explain things and made sure the job was done to a high standard.

On top of the boiler, they also fitted extractor fans and installed loft insulation, which was a fantastic bonus. It’s made a noticeable difference to the warmth and airflow in the house already. I really appreciated how tidy they left everything too — no mess, no fuss.

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish . Every member of staff from administrative to workman were friendly, polite , informative, very professional. I was kept informed every step of the way.
I was sceptical at first as I had not heard of this company so I had a lot of questions. I was quickly reassured as all my questions where answered quickly and I felt the team , who ever I spoke to , where so helpful no matter how many times I rang.
The guys who fitted my boiler have done a great job , they never stopped and worked so hard , they left everywhere so tidy.
From my initial conversation to my boiler being installed it was just 6 weeks

Simply Eco made the whole process of upgrading our boiler and installation very easy, each step was explained and any questions answered quickly, all the trades they used, plumber and insulation installers were very polite, friendly and professional, I would highly recommend this company.

Simply Eco we’re fantastic every step of the way. They explained everything fully, were courteous and every business they used, very professional. They replaced the loft insulation, the surveyor was amazing and the two gents from PLAN heating and ventilation were just amazing. I don’t see their company on trustpilot yet so this next part is in relation to them fitting my boiler today!

Liam and Cian were a delight to have install my new boiler this morning. They were punctual, very friendly and cheerful, polite, courteous clean and tidy.
They explained every stage to me and were mindful of our cat who is a house cat. Lovely pipework (believe me I’ve seen some BAD pipework over the years) and repositioned the fill tap to a convenient place.
Even though they aren’t local local, I’d happily hire them for any other plumbing/heating work. If these two gents turn up to do work for you, you are very lucky.

I was sceptical to begin with, but spoke with a staff member Panja, who was responsive, reassuring and really helpful (not sure if he still works there). The loft insulation workers were swift, although I don’t know how well done, as I’ve not been up there. Now Tal, who fitted the boiler, I can’t rate highly enough, he showed patience, and was a lovely, skilled, respectful young man. When I had a slight leak the next day, he came back the same day, with no qualm. It’s been a couple of months, not had any issues. Registration documents and certificates have been received. Not to end on a negative note, but my experiences with a young woman, who I presume is admin/receptionist, irrespective she needs re training at the least, or to be replaced. She has no customer skills, sounds miserable and borderline rude (it’s like she doesn’t like her job or people). However, in terms of the work they provide, SimplyEco, communicated frequently, and I had a good experience, not withstanding how much I’ve saved. Thanks guys.

Had them round 5 times now. Last trade said whoever fitted the boiler was a cowboy. Now we have no hot water! with error messages. When we go to Worcester website says very dangerous, contact immediately .
However no 24 hour number. Terrible customer service from start to finish. Customer care awful. Staff even cutting us off!

The two guys turned up at the arranged time old boiler removed,in a very short time new boiler installed and tested surprisingly they also made good on any drilling,they took time to explain functions,very happy with the work.

We had excellent service throughout the whole process. We were very impressed with the fitters and how conscientious they all were. We are now completely happy with the finished work and would definitely recommend Simply Eco to anyone.

I am very pleased to have worked with ecosystem due to the effective work quality decency and professionalism. It was worth working with them due to effectiveness and keeping the customers up-to-date with the new trend policies and standards so he’s worth working in the future with them.

Alicia in the bookings team was easy to communicate with and friendly, whilst Teodor the engineer was swift, efficient and went above and beyond when installing our new boiler.

When one radiator wasn't heating up well, they swiftly sent someone to the property to resolve the issue

I would say I was initially quite hesitant about the company but I can sincerely say it was a great choice to proceed with them.

Fast and easy to get in contact with, and overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend to others.
