There was a little stall in between be approved to the work being booked in due to government changes but all in all. The men arrived when they said they would. We’re polite and courteous. The work was completed to a high standard and I haven’t had any problems.
Insulation and new hatch completed.
New boiler replaced and valves added. A new loft house air filtering thing and a carbon monoxide alarm.

Just had a new boiler fitted by eco the engineer was very professional and efficient . The work was of a good quality standard and really pleased .

The worst company I have ever had to deal with.. they sent someone out to check for a new boiler told me I needed to install fans also they sent someone out who had no clue in what he was doing told me he didn’t know anywhere he could install the fans in the kitchen so then the company said sorry we can’t fit your boiler.. I managed to push for them to make a plan they made an agreement to move my boiler told a different place when the day came the fitters could not fit them were intended so moved it somewhere completely inconvenient and took them a process of 4 days instead of 1 and alot of work.. for the electrician to come and say I don’t know what the problem was I could of fitted a fan no problem In here and there was no need to fit the boiler elsewhere.. the electrician has fitted a fan that doesn’t even turn on and he also fitted me a new one in my bathroom he was messing with my electric board and the second after he left my shower is now not working.. I rang the company they will not take responsibility for either of these issues and have told me I will have to pay for them to come out even though they are at fault not to mention anytime I have called this company people have been so so rude towards me! I find this incredibly un professional as they kept sending out people who had no clue what they was doing then blaming me for faults left behind!!

Under The Eco 4 scheme We had a Worcester Bosch Combi boiler installed, with a new programmer and thermostat, and a magnetic filter. They also fitted radbot thermostatic radiator valves.
The boiler was installed by Abdul Misba and his team who did a very neat job and were very easy to communicate with. Our dealings with various people from Simply Eco were all very easy, with good communication, both on the phone and via emails. We would recommend this company.

After many months waiting for finance I was very pleased with the speed and efficiency of the gang. Everyone was very cheerful and respectful. Only one possible problem. The next morning, my shower drain pump wasn’t working and I flooded the bathroom.

Had a combi boiler fitted and our engineer was very professional and efficient. There was a lot of work involved because of removing an old back boiler. The work was done to a high standard and when there was an issue with low gas pressure which was out of his control, the relevant people were contacted and the issue was resolved. The instructions for operating the boiler were explaining to us. Overall very pleased with our new boiler. Thank you Simply Eco
