I saw an advert fir Simply Eco boiler grants and decided to apply, I met the criteria and had additional loft insulation, venting and new boiler installed, the boiler installation was delayed for a few weeks due to funding, however not the issue of Simply Eco, insulation and venting was completed quickly and efficiently, and once boiler was scheduled the guys arrived on time and worked well into the evening to ensure installation in one day, house is now lovely and warm - thank you Simply Eco

The surveyor was fantastic and a lovely friendly bloke who I felt very at ease with measuring every inch of my house!
Having a mobile number with customer service was great and always a very quick response
The engineers that came to carry out the work were fabulous, very quick, tidy workers, showed me how to use the new system and were done within the day
Any issues very quickly resolved and the chap that came out to sign off spent extra time programming everything for me and checking all my radiators.
The house is so warm and so much more energy efficient

As an update from my review dated 20th November, Simply Eco continue to dispute my review, saying it was defamatory, then i was reviewing a different company. For clarity, I have included an extract from their own email apologising for the poor service, acknowledging I had to privately arrange a boiler replacement, offering £150 “to remove the review,” and confirming staff retraining.

I will provide Trustpilot with the full email if it becomes necessary.

I have been fortunate enough - through the help and support of Simply Eco - to have received a grant for new central heating, loft insulation and a ventilation system fitted in the loft. After a long wait (over a year due to funding delays on the Eco Flex programme), I got the grant due to my health conditions. Simply Eco arranged for me to have a medical consultation, at no cost, to support my application and, once the grant was approved, Simply Eco got everything done very quickly. Every contact I have had with the company has been professional. Kris, Ben and Alex, who fitted my boiler and radiators were so considerate of my property, and could not have been nicer. Thanks, too, to the guys who installed the loft insulation and ventilation system. I am so grateful to all involved.

A great company to install your boiler. Our boiler was over 25 years old and with my health issues I applied for the government grant. The communication with Simply eco was very easy and they kept in touch with dates etc. The guys that came were very hard working, polite,clean and tidy. Loving my new boiler, it seems a lot more economical. Thank you.

I was hugely impressed with my ch boiler installation which also involved topping up the loft insulation, fitting a ventilation system in the loft as well as installing vents to the double glazing. Simply Eco made it very easy to arrange. All the work was carried out quickly and efficiently by cheerful and helpful engineers who left no mess anywhere and answered all my questions. Can't recommend Simply Eco highly enough.

Simply eco we’re absolutely amazing from start to finish, staff on the phone was friendly and the staff who turned up to re insulate my attic also were! They removed and bagged all the old insulation and brought it down ready for me to tip, couldn’t recommend enough

The Simply Eco installers turned up when they said they would. They were pleasant and polite and professional in their installations .When the work was completed everything was left clean and tidy.
Any queries I had were answered by the office there and then, or they quickly got back to me. In my experience this was a good company to deal with.

Very professional kept me updated throughout the process from beginning to end. All the trades people who came was very polite cleaned up after themselves

I’ve been receiving repeated marketing emails from Simply Eco Ltd despite never giving consent or having any previous dealings with them. I’ve asked to be removed from their mailing list, but the spam continues.

It’s frustrating and unprofessional — companies should respect people’s privacy and data protection laws. If this is how they operate before you even engage with them, I’d be very cautious about giving them any personal information.

Clearly tried to denie sending out these as well when the initial review was posted, your company said i had the wrong company now your admitting you sent emails at texts messages , I know 100% I've never visited your website, classic spam !! Avoid at all costs

Simply eco is a very trustworthy reliable company who provide excellent customer service there were issues with my boiler installation once raised these were dealt with efficient and very quickly.
I would recommend this company as it's a very reliable and honour what they promise.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Every member of staff we have dealt with has been excellent, from the people we initially spoke to when we enquired about our boiler, to the tradesmen (and women) who carried out the work. It was 5 star service all the way. I could not have asked for anything more.

Once I got in contact with simply Eco they were all very helpful and explained everything from start to finish .
I had my loft insulated and extractor fan installed also new boiler fitted .
All the workforce were very professional and easy to talk to .

I’ve recently had a new boiler installed by Simply Eco Energy, and I honestly couldn’t be happier from start to finish with the service.

It was very easy to apply online which didn’t take long at all, once I applied I soon after received a phone call about the whole process and an appointment was made for someone to come and take pictures of the house for it to be sent off to their modelling team on how they would install the boiler and the best place for it to be etc.

Then before I knew it I received a phone call asking for when I would like it to be installed which was two days later!

I had two engineers and they explained everything clearly, and completed the installation efficiently. They were professional throughout and I was generally surprised in how quickly and efficient they installed it all in about 7 hours especially as they had to get rid of my existing boiler and the massive tank and re do all the pipe work making hardly any mess and being mindful of my carpets they had to pull up.

Once the boiler was installed they explained everything to me in how to use it and the thermostat and even set the app up on my phone for me. I’ve had no issues with the boiler and it’s amazing how quickly it warms the house up and is so quiet.

I would highly recommend Simply Eco Energy to anyone. Very happy customer
