I contacted simply eco November 2024 having had no boiler for over a year, surveyor arrived within days, I was advised regarding all work process all tradesmen where very efficient arrived on time tidied up & left everywhere spotless absolutely delighted with the work I received full loft insulation new boiler system 4 radiators I would highly recommended simply eco highly professional company.

Simply eco have been brilliant following the breakdown of my elderly mums old boiler it happened a week after Xmas 24 when the weather turned really cold… she had no heating or hot water… they came out and surveyed the house which included getting the loft insulated then after the application was completed literally 2/3 weeks her boiler was getting fitted by 2 really nice plumbers… thank you for making the experience stress free for mum and me… definitely recommend 🙂

When I first made enquiry they were happy to take the time to explain the process, someone came around and looked at the work required to replace my decrepit boiler.
I had a reminder message of the time in which the surveyor would arrive, the person that came out was polite and explained everything from removal, pipework, and installation. They booked me in for the installation, which was quick and efficient, the person who installed the new boiler was brilliant. He removed the old back boiler with care, and left everything clean and tidy,
My partner was shown how to work the new boiler and nothing was too much trouble. Details were left in case we had any problems.

I suffer with disabilities and conditions, and I was highly recommended SimplyEco. I contacted them, I was pleasantly surprised I was eligible for help. SimplyEco rang and made an appointment for Survey Engineer to look over my 30 year old home. After examining I was told I would get some free modernisations. The loft insulation, and ventilation which was efficiently and professionally handled in no time. On inspection my original boiler was found to be only 60 per cent efficient?? SimplyEco fitted a superb new Worcester Bosch Boiler, by a marvellous engineer who detailed every single thing he did. He was amazing. Clean, tidy, knowledgeable, incredibly efficient. He fitted boiler easily in a day and left me with a terrific boiler which I could instantly see on my energy meter started saving me money. Through whole process I was kept informed and updated the whole time. SimplyEco I cannot recommend them highly enough to you. They made the process very quick and easy.
When I first made enquiry they were happy to take the time to explain the process, I was booked in for someone to come round and look at the work required to replace my back boiler.
On the day I had a reminder message with and allocated time on arrival, the gentleman that came out was polite and explained everything from removal, pipework, and installation.
Once I was happy, they booked me in for the installation, which was quick and efficient, and worked around myself as I work shifts.
Aaron and Jordon who installed the new boiler were brilliant. They again what was going where and why, removed the old back boiler with care, and left everything clean and tidy!
Aaron showed me how to work the new boiler and nothing was too much trouble. Contacts details were left in case I had any problems which I have not needed.
I would definitely recommend Simply Eco you won't go wrong!

Brilliant from initial contact to survey, customer support and contact, arranging survey of neglected house, fitting wall and loft insulation, new boiler pipes and radiators. went above and beyond. All tradesman superb, fitted whole central heating system in 6 hrs. Couldnt recommend this company enough .10/10

Excellent customer service- do unusual in todays work to be able to speak to a real human being who was fully informed about matters. The staff who fitted the boiler were very courteous and professional. Impressive stuff -indeed I have recommended them to many of my friends

We had a new boiler fitted but first we had to have trickle vents in the windows and loft insulation, the loft team were great with absolutely no problems at all, they were very clean and made sure everything was spot on before they left, they also done the trickle vents and was fast and very professional, the boiler installer came a few days later and was very good considering he had more work to do than he originally thought but carried on regardless, I would 100% recommend this service to anyone, thanks very much for your hard work.
