My husband and I set up our Cremation quickly and easily online. All information required and any questions we had, were easily found on the website.

We were treated with sensitivity and understanding during a difficult time following the loss of my father. The staff were courteous and helpful and we were updated throughout the process and they came and brought my fathers remains within the 30 day time frame and were dressed in formal attire. It was very professional so thank you.

Quick & easy

I was finding it impossible to get the help I needed from other funeral directors due to the fact I lacked the funds and needed them to send an invoice to the DWP so that they could help with the cost, but they could only send an invoice after I paid them which made arranging my husbands cremation vertually immpossible. It only took one phone call to Simplicity Cremtions to not only arrange the cremation but they sent the DWP a proforma invoice which allowed them to release the funds for the cremation to go ahead.

I was very happy with the service. Jennie kept me well informed at all stages of the process. She was kind and professional at all times. I was particularly pleased that my initial conversation was with one individual without the distraction of a call centre in the background.
There was one thing that kept me from giving a 5 star rating. My brother Alan asked to have the ashes returned to him, but several emails were sent to me regarding this. Although emails were finally redirected to Alan , the correspondent kept referring to him as Paul . This seems to indicate that enough care was taken to make sure they had the correct information.

The staff are very supportive and friendly, prepared to listen and let you talk of your wishes, they are not in any rush to sign you up. Ask as many questions as you like, not a problem.

We spoke with a lovely guy on the phone who was so nice and he was very patient with us and understanding it was very easy to do and the whole experience was very relaxed and easy to do

From reporting the sad passing of my Husband where I spoke to Sarb.
They collected my Husband same day and was kept informed by Steve about what time and they arrived on the dot
Then I was assigned Jennie who kept me updated with what was happening and she is a good listener.
The date was set for the cremation and Jennie sent me a lovely email on the day😍
Then I was called by Courtney when I was available for me to receive the ashes and she delivered then on that day and time I requested.
I do not have a bad word to say all staff were sympathetic and took their time to listen to me I have booked my cremation through the same company.
