The staff was very helpful and really making you at ease as it's not nice to talk about planning a funeral when the time comes.

The team were respectful, very efficient and really friendly, nothing was too much trouble.

I had 3 different companies in mind bu two of them proved difficult to use, due to the first having faults with their website, wrong phone numbers etc, plus refusal of their online form to accept my perfectly valid Debit Card as genuine! When I did track down a working phone number for them the member of staff was brusque and unhelpful, insisting I take my fully valid card into one of their premises with a copy of my bank statement! You can guess my reaction and what I told them to do. The second option on my list wanted to charge me far more than their TV advertising suggested for their services, so I also rejected them. Whilst you were third on my list (purely arbitary in order) I'm glad I tried you, as it was indeed simple and straight forward and at a good price. Note Im not giving you the names of the 2 other firms, as the 1st one in particular were virtually hostile when contacted and the second I rate as little more than a scam, but don't want potential legal hassles from either company for this review.

Simplicity Creations help make a very difficult and painful time so much easier. They are very professional very caring and understanding and made sure everything that mattered was organised efficiently but also very thoughtfully.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and although this is the first time I have used this type of cremation I’m absolutely sure it was the right decision.

My father didn’t want anything fancy so a simple cremation was what we wanted and what we got. Service was friendly, personal and efficient. Reasonable value for money. Only dropped one star because the cremation was done 40 miles away rather than the one that was much closer to us. I guess there was a reason for that but it wasn’t made clear. Would recommend…

This plan was simple to arrange and clearly set out. The prices were very competitive and is a worry taken away from my partner. Excellent service and highly recommend.
