I own two Simple Retro dresses that are absolutely wonderful. I use them for everyday wear and the design is lovely and flattering and the quality is top (mostly cotton)

Il mio ordine è stato spedito ed è in viaggio e lo sto tracciando. Ho comprato circa una decina di capi da Simple Retro da questo inverno conosco questo negozio grazie ad una Youtuber . I vestiti sono di qualità con cotone o lana autentico per questo il costo è piú elevato. Avevo scritto una recensione negativa perchè questo mese non stavano spedendo la gonna che avevo pagato a causa di una attesa di rifornimento del modello. Infine dopo tre settimane di attesa lo hanno spedito ed ora è in viaggio. Sono contenta che le mie preoccupazioni sono terminate e che questo negozio sia ancora uno dei miei preferiti dove trovare capi di stile vintage dettagliato e ricercato. Grazie Simple Retro, tuttavia calate un poco i prezzi, o almeno abolite le spese di spedizione che sono troppo costose...

The item was of good quality but didn’t fit me só i returned it.
So it cost £14 by royal mail.
When they refund it they charged another £10 for post.
This is really not ok !!!!!
I have written to them a few times to no avail.

Where should I start? First of all the proces for the quality is a no-brained. Second of all, customer service is TOO-NOTCH. I ordered sone pre-order items but also some things in stock- I reached out and they got back to me quickly and with great news. It is so hard to find beautifully made clothes in this style with this quality, I was really floored by the customer service. A many-time customer that will keep coming back!

I have been wearing this brand for three years now and they never miss. Simple Retro have lovely designs, they fit great and I'm very impressed by the quality of fabrics (often cotton and other natural fibers) they use. They're very well-priced for the quality and style and just fit beautifully. Delivery takes a couple of weeks to London, UK.

Like it! Some are my favorite dresses I own! I’d say since it’s a brand based in Asia, make sure to measure yourself before ordering so you get the right size!

I ordered size large clothes which should fit a 16/18 but what arrived would only fit a size 8, this is totally unacceptable. I also found the material to be poor.

Order took a week to arrive and I love the blouse! Very lovely feel of the fabric and the buttons have wonderful detail
