This was my first purchase from Chickwish. The clothing is very high quality. I required customer support twice and both times they responded quickly, resolving the issue. I had to do a return, which I did with no problem and with a refund. I live in the US. I’m satisfied with my transaction and will be ordering again.

I ordered a really pretty summer dress from ChicWish and it unfortunately was too small. I reached out to the company to get a larger size and it was no longer available.
ChicWish offered me a 50% instore refund in addition to a $15 credit as a goodwill gesture. Amazing! The customer service for ChicWish is very fast and they offered good solutions to my problem. I will most definitely order from them again and will recommend to others.

Thank you, Chicwish, for a very positive first order! I had ordered 3 items and received the dress within 2-3 days delivered by Amazon. Looks just as advertised and fits well. Even though it's a maxi dress, the length in XS was perfect and I will not need to alter like I do with most dresses I order since I am only 5'0". As for the jumpsuit and belt, I had to wait well over 2 weeks due to them being shipped from overseas. I didn't mind the wait because Vicky, a customer service rep, was super pleasant and responsive. I love the adorable lemon print on both my dress and jumpsuit and can't wait to wear them!

my parcel got lost and the team where so helpful!! they shipped me a new skirt that arrived within 10 days. no fuss at all.

I liked the skirts, comfortable and nice length, but returns were difficult with getting a label, etc. Store credit is really all you can get without paying for shipping.

Was not made aware that if you want to return something, you can't do this via the online portal in the UK. They did not reply via the online chat to my query. I emailed and have been informed that I must pay for postage to the states myself and will not receive full refund.

Quality high. I am a seamstress and I needed to adjust the garment for preference. When I undid the thread, I noticed they used QUALITY THREAD! The material and design of my black dress was also very high. The colors of the other dressses I ordered were not my taste, but it was exactly as advertised and I may give them a try but I loved the black one. Very flattering. Wish I could send a pix. Maybe I will come back with another revew and post pix then but wanted to just send this now.

I have purchased quite a few cardigans from Chic Wish over the years and have been happily surprised with the quality of each piece and also the likeness of each item was to the advertising photo which is extremely important.
The last cardigan I purchased was too big, so I applied for a return/refund. As the cost to return the cardigan was very expensive, Chic Wish negotiated with me to give me a 40% refund and keep for which I am very happy.
Chic Wish help center replied to my request to return/refund immediately, instead of avoiding me, as so many overseas companies do, in my experience, and were very helpful and friendly.
This gives me comfort and confidence to continue to deal with Chic Wish and I am very happy to share my experience.

The clothes seem to be good quality for their generally low cost. I needed to contact customer service about my user account info and, despite some apparent language barriers, they were helpful and kind. I also appreciate the option to keep an item that didn't quite work in exchange for a store credit. I would shop at ChicWish again and recommend it.

I recently found ChicWish just from watching Television. The website is so FUN! I enjoy viewing the "Shop The Look" because I may also be interested in the following products that match what I'm looking at. The site has an easy to read description of clothes, detail and size.
