Absolute rubbish. I would never use this company again. The quality is nothing like what is described on their website. The print is flaky and poorly finished and the T-shirt itself is very low quality. It is the sort of thing you would expect from a cheap market stall, not a brand charging these prices.

The garment is misshaped and badly made with no real standard of quality control. For the price it is completely unacceptable.

Customer service is just as disappointing. I contacted them and did not even receive an acknowledgement of my email, let alone any help.

Honestly, you would get better quality from Primark for a fraction of the price. I would not consider buying from this company again.

I ordered a Gyokeres mug and Nicholas Jover Xmas jumper. The mug arrived but the jumper did not. I messaged "Gav" who advised that my "t-shirt" would be delivered the following Monday. That day has never arrived and neither has my jumper, meaning I have paid £48 for a poorly printed mug! Its crap. Its a shame as the designs are fantastic but the reality is that the end product and customer service is so poor! Gav and Co. should go work for Sp*rs, they'd fit right in, they're a shoddy outfit too, top to bottom.

Order never arrived, no response to email communication. I had to direct message on Instagram for a response and was told it was never sent from his supplier, I advised I wanted a refund and it’s been a week and I’ve had no confirmation a refund has been processed although I was told it was done, and no refund in my account. They are now no longer responding to messages. I will be reporting them to my bank as fraudulent.

Order not arrived after 3 weeks. No response from email address following several attempts at communication. It seems like it’s a scam site. STAY AWAY!!!

3+ months and still nothing. No answer to 5+ emails. Get told on X “having issues with emails”. Search shows issues have been for 6+ years. Issue is owner does not answer emails and only cares about having your money. “Gav” states that “everything always get sent” but you only have to see reviews on here and searching @SheWore on X to see its not true.

Have put in fraud claim with bank and reported to club. Arsenal need to cancel this company. Others should do the same.

Ordered two bags 3 weeks ago. The tracker app showed order being prepared but then info soon disappeared. Several e-mails unanswered. Responds on “X” to say having problems with e-mail and then “batch will be sent next week”. Nothing arrived. Thankfully bought this with Visa so should be able to get money back. Use this site at your peril!

Ordered the all time 1-11 arsenal players in the photo frame.
Didn’t get sent my last player even though I’ve paid for the entire thing (£180). Have messaged the seller multiple times.
Apologised at first, now just ignores me.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid at all cost. They owe me a lot of money having not delivered product. No response to any emails. Crooks.

Avoid this website at all costs, It is just a Scam to rip off loyal Arsenal fans of their hard earned money, They will take your money for your order, then never send you the goods. They never reply to any emails and there is no phone number to complain. How Arsenal can allow them to have a banner up in the stadium is a disgrace, i have written to the club to complain and suggest you do to if you've been ripped off as well. Think they must be owned by tottenham fans!

Brutal customer service. I’ve put off writing this review but after months of trying to reach them without answer, here we are. I ordered a wall clock from them a few years ago. The clock looks great but the hands break very easily. I’ve sent them about 5 emails (as well as Twitter messages) trying to speak to someone about purchasing new ones (I’m not even asking for free ones, I was willing to give them more money!) but now they no longer ship to Canada (????) and they just never respond to any messages or emails. I don’t get it

Placed an order and never received the goods. Had no answer to any messages I have sent. This has happend to multiple people I know.

I ordered a Christmas T-shirt from this company on the 6/12/2025 and I still haven't received it. It's now the 28th of January 2025!
I have emailed them at least 4 times and I haven't even received a response.
It is a shame as I have been a customer for many years and I used to recommend this company.
Sadly can no longer endorse them though and will no longer be using them myself.

The WORST.

Ordered a Christmas present and they have failed to communicate the delivery with me even though I have paid for 1st class.

The communication is non existent via email and social media. Would never recommend anyone purchases from here. (Also assuming it will be cheap looking as it is a page run from a drippy Arsenal fan)

This site is clearly a scam. Took my payment 11 Nov, literally nothing since. Doesn't respond to emails. Gutted.

Very poor customer service when chasing undelivered t shirts long overdue. No answer to repeated e mails and tweets.
Had to open a resolution with my credit card bank to get my money back. I would urge other customers to do the same. Make sure you purchase with credit card to get insurance and money back. Such a shame as I have always been pleased with the products but this year it all seems to have fallen apart (never that good previously but very poor now)

Ordered a hoodie back at the beginning of Nov end of Oct - have heard nothing since. Have sent several emails and asked for updates and heard nothing. There are a number of people on Facebook and Twitter who are saying the same. Please do not order, you will lose your hard earned money.

Ordered something 2 months ago, no updates, only 2 emails flobbing me off with suppliers. So still waiting and I'm emailing everyday with no response.
Absolutely shocking site, stay away, do not use.

No contact and no goods

Purchased or so I thought a gift from she wore. It’s been 10 days since the order and no reply to two emails sent requesting updates on shipping etc. frustrating this was for a gift so that’s not now happening. It’s annoying that the people who run this shop also are on Facebook commenting on games etc so clearly should have time to respond to customers re orders that have been paid for. Despicable behaviour. Save your money and spend in the club shop, at least you’re likely to receive the goods

Ordered two items and only received one which was great but then sent polite request for updates on the second item and no response at all, which is a real shame as loved everything I have purchased before
