I purchased a car August 2025, car delivered by driver not with transport as paid for.
1. aircon not working, no petrol in tank no locking wheel nut or puncture tools, the driver handed keys and left straight away, no hand given.
2.
Phone company they offer to pay repairs for air con and locking nut.
Lots of inconvenience for me and time off work.
3.
Cancel warranty direct debit days later because poor customer service by The Manchester Motor Company.

Aircon has more problems and run a diagnostic on car many issues arise.
Notify TMMC they contact warranty company to do repairs, I tell them that I have cancelled the warranty and they say we were Instructed by TMMC to repair aircon.
What about the diagnostic repairs they were not told of this. So they paid the repair directly to company.

Since August they have not replied or responded to me they do not answer emails or phone calls, other issues have arisen to car so now I will write a letter and seek legal action against TMMC.
Do not buy a car or any warranty or any other service they offer.
Remember cheap price turns out Expensive??????
