Very poor customer service when chasing undelivered t shirts long overdue. No answer to repeated e mails and tweets.
Had to open a resolution with my credit card bank to get my money back. I would urge other customers to do the same. Make sure you purchase with credit card to get insurance and money back. Such a shame as I have always been pleased with the products but this year it all seems to have fallen apart (never that good previously but very poor now)

Ordered a hoodie back at the beginning of Nov end of Oct - have heard nothing since. Have sent several emails and asked for updates and heard nothing. There are a number of people on Facebook and Twitter who are saying the same. Please do not order, you will lose your hard earned money.

Ordered something 2 months ago, no updates, only 2 emails flobbing me off with suppliers. So still waiting and I'm emailing everyday with no response.
Absolutely shocking site, stay away, do not use.

No contact and no goods

Purchased or so I thought a gift from she wore. It’s been 10 days since the order and no reply to two emails sent requesting updates on shipping etc. frustrating this was for a gift so that’s not now happening. It’s annoying that the people who run this shop also are on Facebook commenting on games etc so clearly should have time to respond to customers re orders that have been paid for. Despicable behaviour. Save your money and spend in the club shop, at least you’re likely to receive the goods

Ordered two items and only received one which was great but then sent polite request for updates on the second item and no response at all, which is a real shame as loved everything I have purchased before

I've bought from Shewore years. My wife always bought things for me too from here. Excellent original quality products that put Arsenal by contrast to shame. Ordered 2 x polo shirts in June 24. Still not arrived. Not answered majority of my emails. When they did it is evident to keep me from chasing it up. Over 3 months now since my order. I'm hearing similar comments from other historic customers. A close friend had a similar experience. Received incorrect order and was blocked on SM when he queried it. I may get my items. Who knows. A small business may have cash flow or supply problems. He's still trading and I assume taking money. I won't be ordering again. Sad as his products as I say have been superior to Arsenal.

Ordered 2 luggage tags - bruised banana and Clock - they arrived printed really badly, totally faded (clock was a faded blue not black and the BB one light yellow and a faded purple). They pretty much looked like they've been used by someone else and returned, and certainly nothing like the images on the website.

Contacted the business, but they've never even bothered to reply. Having bought other items from them before I'm very disappointed in the lack of care and service from one Arsenal fan to another. Would expect better.

Shocking delivery and communication. Expect your delivery not to come or to come several weeks later after several prompts for updates. I don't even know what you pay for your £5 delivery for. On the flip side, they have decent merchandise.

Was told on the 3rd this month my order was been dispatched only to then find out it on the 12th it had not even been made up yet, when emailed Gav about this and asked why I was lied too I was simply told it was the wholesalers fault, very poor service, only wished I read reviews here first, use this company at own risk.

Ordered a Hoodie from this place, Waited the 5 working days for dispatch. Emailed Gav he told me it would be dispatched on the Monday. Waited, still nothing, emailed the Tuesday he said it will be dispatched tonight. Still nothing. I then emailed again after finding all the bad reviews on here. And now he isn't replying. Absolute scam, Calls himself an arsenal fan and Robs the fans blind. AVOID.

Bought 3 items on 8th December. Finally received 2 of them mid Jan but had to chase and never got response to email. Chased for final item, similar to others not heard back again. Absolute joke , first and last time buyer.

Seller gives the big I am but scamming Arsenal fans is poor beyond belief. It's fraud and stealing simple as.

My experience is similar to some of the recent reviews here. I ordered an item 25th November and have still not received the goods that i paid for. I have emailed numerous times, and initially was receiving replies saying that the item would be delivered shortly.
However, after a time, it became obvious that the goods were not going to be delivered and i then asked for a full refund.
It has now become clear that the website owner is scamming some of us and retaining the funds personally, as they are no longer responding to emails. I guess they have blocked me from sending them requests for a refund.
The website shop is clearly linked to a similar 'BLOG' that is still in operation, although it appears that they are also not interested in assisting anyone who has been conned out of their hard-earned cash.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.
I am now investigating taking legal action to get my money back.

order placed on 6th December 2023 - still not received and no reply to emails or messages through the website. I even tried Facebook messenger - no reply whatsoever

Have been ordering from this company for years and never had any problems. However, just before Christmas I ordered a PJ set for my son, however I only received the top and not the bottoms. Have emailed the customer service inbox multiple times with no response. Am not impressed. Will not be purchasing from this company again.

SCAM!
SCAM!! Returned a top for a larger size, person told me to put a fiver inside to cover post and package when he sends it back. This has been over three weeks now, and still no response. BEWARE!

Update: as soon as my review went live I got confirmation that my item had been posted and received two days later! Thank you.

Placed an order on 10 September and I am still waiting for my item. I had to send several emails and have been told two different reasons why I have not received my item. At this point I would be content with a refund. I would never buy anything from them again - very disappointing.

Very poor service. This company refuses to supply product or respond to emails. Please note all positive reviews here seem to have landed within a 24 hour period. Any that didn’t, are one star reviews. Scroll down and make your own mind up.
