If you don't want the same, generic crap churned out by the club, there's only one place to go. Customer service is great too.

Bought a wash bag in March. Never turned up. I had emailed them 5 times to get an update no reply. I sent them a message on FB no reply. I even left comments on their posts no reply. They do fantastic work with blogs for Arsenal and I think they should stick to it. Running an online business clearly is not for them. Wouldn’t recommend buying from them even if items are good and fairly priced rather get ripped off and get it knowing they don’t care about their customers.

I made a purchase three weeks ago, was charged as normal but have never received any communication to the item being dispatched. I have tried the contact form on the site, the email address listed on the site and Instagram yet no response. The social media account is active and plugs other products but so far I would say avoid. I share the opinion of others that the site isn’t real. You wouldn’t think a fan site would rip off other supports but it appears it does. Be careful and I wouldn’t advise using the site

Afraid I can only agree with the other reviews. Expected so much more from an Arsenal fan site supplying (or rather not supplying goods) to fellow fans. T shirt failed to arrive. Promises faithfully that it’s in the post for 6 months and just ignores all emails requesting an update. Really disappointing. Caveat emptor.

Rubbish service, embarrassed that they call themselves fans the way they treat their customers. No product arrived and they lied when they said it would be sent, ages to respond to emails, won't be using again, will go to a real shop next time.

Bought over £100's worth of items 1 month ago which never arrived, emailed to chase multiple times but all communication went ignored. Many people online seemingly have the same experience querying the whereabouts of their orders with SheWore ignoring emails, but he still finds the time to update everyone on his socials what he's having for tea...
I finally received a parcel weeks later containing the completely wrong order. I contacted Gavin Bailey (Shewore) and was told to return the items at the expense of myself. I was not happy to front this return postage given that it was his error, especially due to the previous poor communication with his business - I was unconfident I'd be reimburse and asked if he could either pay postage upfront via Paypal partial refund or send me a returns label as he is obliged to do, but point blank refused! Also refused to refund me for my items which have never arrived unless I paid upfront for the return of his mistake order. Communication then became unprofessional and snarky, claiming he isn't Adidas or Amazon and that I'd only be out of pocket for "£4-6 for a few days" - Really? It's such poor form stealing money from fellow Gooners then completely ignoring them. I am a reasonable person and appreciate mistakes happen so gave him the benefit of doubt but the lack of customer service and will to make good the plethora of issues that could have been easily rectified (or avoided!) is utterly shocking. So fellow Gooners, buyer beware! You never know what will turn up ...if it even turns up at all. Have a search on Twitter for the many unhappy customers if you don't believe me!
