The company has helped me with all the customs formalities and guide me through the painful process of an international moving. The price was lower than other companies.
I highly recommend Sherpr because of its quick and efficient responds to my emails and its competitive price.

I had a great experience—my items arrived safely and intact, and the customer service agents especially Marie was exceptionally helpful and committed to ensuring my shipment was delivered according to my schedule.

I highly recommend Sherpr for international shipping.

SHERPR is a great idea ….

SHERPR is a great idea ….
for somebody like me ( getting on and with poor mobility!). I love travelling in Europe by train, and I was able to send on a larger suitcase to my final destination. It was how it was done I guess back in the 1920’s!

8 BOXES DISAPPEARED. NEVER DELIVERED

They collected 8 boxes from my sold property in Spain.
In November last year. Still not turned up. They offered me £100 compensation IF I gave them receipts within 7 days.(used house contents !!) Did not get my money back. Shocking company. If things get delivered its only luck. DO NOT TOUCH.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback and I'm ever so sorry to hear your shipment was indeed lost by the carrier. This is an incredibly rare occurrence, thankfully, and something we always ensure our carriers thoroughly investigate in order to improve any areas in service.

I can see your shipment from Spain to the UK was collected on time on 28th November 2024 but was held in Spain due to waiting for required supporting documentation, before failing to track further. Sherpr was in constant contact with Fedex to ensure a thorough search was performed. Again, this type of outcome is a very rare occurrence, and I'm incredibly sorry Fedex were unable to provide the result we hoped for.

At the time of booking, we offer several levels of insurance cover for your valued items to all customers should the rare event of loss or damage take place. Unfortunately you chose not to cover your items, leaving us able to offer the maximum amount of £100 which is included in our standard cover applied to all shipments. The details of cover and requirements for all claims are outlined in our terms and conditions, which must be agreed to at the time of booking. I can see my team did try to reach out again on February 24th but never received a response.

I would like to have our customer service manager reach out to discuss your experience further, and look forward to speaking to you. Again, I'm sorry for the frustration involved here and wish you all the best.

Joe is wonderful!

Couldn’t be happier! I was so anxious about shipping my bags across the world but Joe was so helpful, he answered all my questions, was patient with my changing requirements and was super responsive to all my emails! So so so grateful! Received my bags today as if by magic ✨

The Best for shipping

The best. I had such a great experience with Sherpa, incredible value for money but it was the service that was second to none. A few hurdles on the way, mainly due to my mistakes but Marie and Joana made everything so easy with zero stress. For sure I will use them again and will recommend them.

best service from Joana and Marie

I got the best service from both Joana and Marie at Sherpr. I moved my personal belongings from Spain to UK this month and they helped me through the whole process. Both were always available to assist me and anticipate all of that would be needed. I was really anxious about the process and they made me feel supported at all the stages of it. I couldn't be happier and I would not hesitate to use their service again.

Do Not Use - hidden fees bad service

Do Not Use! A technical issue let me book on a day when they don’t collect, took 4 days to arrange a transfer. Terrible communication. Then hidden costs everywhere including £44 in taxes. Then over a month later they charged me another £50 for some minor thing - and just take it from your account! Terrible experience

Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. I've looked into your case and I do apologise that there was indeed a technical issue at the time of your booking which allowed you to book for a collection on a Sunday. Unfortunately the carriers we work with don't allow this and we contacted you in order to move your collection along. I can see there was a missed collection and my team worked with the carrier to ensure this was remedied. I can only apologise for the frustration this caused.

Regarding taxes and additional costs, Sherpr does not provide a service whereby we can eliminate duties or taxes for you. We provide advice on how to correctly declare your items and establish the required customs documentation required to provide as smooth a service as possible. Duties and taxes, however, are not imposed by Sherpr but by official authorities.

When placing an order with Sherpr, you are asked to provide accurate dimensions and weights of your items in order for us to quote you correctly for the service you choose. As part of our terms and conditions, we make it clear that should there be enough of a discrepancy between those provided and those scanned and weighed during transit, we must recoup these charges based on the fact we have already paid the carrier on your behalf. You are asked to read and agree to our terms and conditions prior to payment.

Again, I do apologise for the frustration involved with the collection of your order, and sincerely wish you the best.

Bag took 2.5 months to travel from LA…

Bag took 2.5 months to travel from LA to New York (shipment on Jan 6, bag delivered mid March after I chased them almost every day) and it was destroyed upon arrival. Sherpr makes it hard to claim for anything (you need receipts for everything in the bag)…and then Sherpr, in comms a month later, in April, charged me more money for it as it was slightly heavier than expected. Tired of dealing with them, so here is a review instead!

Thanks for taking the time to leave your thoughts. I can see your order was delivered on March 17th, with you indeed reporting some damage on March 18th.

We attempted to contact you the next day and then emailed you regarding the damage claim to advise you of the claim process and to request the required information in order to help here but received no response. We contacted you again on March 24th, and again received no response.

Unfortunately, as per our agreed terms and conditions, all information relating to damage must be received within 28 days otherwise we must close the claim as per insurer instruction. I do apologise that you needed to raise the issue of damage, however I can see my team did try to reach out to help you to no avail.

When placing an order, you are invited to declare the precise weights and measurements of your items in order for Sherpr to quote you appropriately. It is clear in our terms and conditions, agreed to before payment, that should there be enough of a discrepancy between those provided and the actual weights and dimensions captured by scanners and scales during transit, Sherpr may indeed issue a recharge to capture the costs already paid to the carrier on your behalf.

Again I do apologise that you needed to raise the issue of damage, and wish you all the best.

Highly recommend Sherpr

This is our second time using Sherpr to ship our boxes from France to the UK, and everything went more or less smoothly. Our items were held up in customs, but the Sherpr team was super responsive to our inquiries, and they also sent chasers to customs to see the issue for the hold-up. Overall, all of our items arrived without many issues. They are also super flexible with changing the pickup date and the number of boxes you can ship, as long as you book the flexible option, which was super useful. A big shoutout to Chelsea and Marie for being super great via the online chat functions for any questions or concerns I had. I would highly recommend Sherpr to anyone looking to ship their items

The service was fast and all three boxes were not damaged. They picked up my order as promised.

We chose Sherpr to ship 10 boxes for a…

We chose Sherpr to ship 10 boxes for a move from Germany to USA. The team was very friendly, professional and supportive (thanks to Joe, Joana, Marie and Sammy). They helped us through every step of the move. Our boxes were blocked in customs for some days and some of our fragile things arrived broken. (I wouldn’t send anything fragile). But the Sherpr team supported us and helped to solve every problem.

Joe and Joana were really helpful throughout the whole process. My items were delivered on time and all intact. However I would advise using strong cardboard boxes for any fragile items.
