My experience with Sherpr was great. From the beginning to the end, Joana has been lovely to work with. I had to mice my things from the UK to the US and all my items arrived. Customer service was amazing. Highly recommend.

Driver Chris arrived even 30 minutes earlier to our hotel in Paris. Foreseen departure at 06.30 and he was already on his way to London at 06.25 with 13 luggages.
Communication was perfect via Whats App.
ETA 2.20 pm and luggages got delivered to our guests at 3 pm. Chapeau Chris 💪👌

A Few Weeks late and One Box Short
We used Sherpr for as part of an ovesears move. They were a few weeks late and one box short. It also took them 8 months to issue the VAT bill, which came as a surprise. We still don't know if we paid VAT for the 'lost' box.
The service is useful if no better alternatives are available and you don't actually care about receiving all of your stuff.

Our team are available to assist with any issues you may have however our team will always do as much as possible to help resolve these for you but we are sorry to hear thart one item could not be located.
We can see that our team contacted you recently about unpaid customs charges that remained unpaid. Customs are a government agency and are not under the control of Sherpr nor any of our couriers. Our courier partners will work hand in hand with customs and will normally reach out to the receiver directly to obtain any customs fees before we need to be contacted regarding this.

Sherpr are amazing. We used them three times in the last year or so, and each time we had a brilliant experience. Joanna and Marie were our points of contact and were lovely, eager to help, quick to answer, and genuinely excellent. We shipped several boxes from London to Dubai on 3 instances. The third time overlapping with the disruptions of the US Iran war. Still, we had precise, detailed information. In all three instances, delivery was fast, efficient and smooth. I highly recommend Sherpr and would always think of them first anytime I need to ship items.

I genuinely cannot believe this company is allowed to operate like this.
I trusted Sherpr while relocating from London to Paris with my entire life packed inside one suitcase. Instead of a smooth relocation experience, I have been left devastated, stressed, and in tears after FedEx confirmed they cannot even locate my luggage anymore.
Everything I owned was inside that suitcase.
What makes this even worse is that Sherpr outsources transportation to FedEx despite the endless amount of horrific reviews already available online about lost parcels, terrible tracking, and non-existent customer support. Had I known they relied on FedEx for something this important, I never would have trusted them with my belongings.
The tracking stopped updating, nobody provided real answers, and after days of stress and anxiety the only solution offered was basically: “file a claim.” A claim? For an entire life packed into a suitcase during an international relocation?
The compensation they propose is honestly insulting compared to the emotional distress, financial loss, and chaos this has caused me. I moved countries and instead of receiving support, I am now left alone trying to rebuild from scratch because this company failed at the one thing it promises to do safely transport your luggage. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. I cannot even describe the level of regret I feel for trusting Sherpr.
If this review stops even one person from using this company, then at least something positive will come out of this nightmare.
Do not trust them with anything valuable. EVER.

Hi Laura, thank you for your review and for using Sherpr. We can see you sent one item from the UK to France however this item has regrettably not been delivered as the tracking stopped updating.
It is very rare for any item to stop tracking however we believe your labels may have come off your item in transit. Poorly attached labels are the primary reason for shipments becoming untracebale. We also provied backup labels to be inserted inside your shipment that would allow the courier to easily identify and relabel your shipment as soon as possible. Our customer service team have been helping you throughout this.
When an item cannot be located and a claim is required, our claims process must be completed to allow any potential compensation to be offered. We understand that this can be stressful however we do have a dedicated customer service team available to assist with any questions you may have regarding this process.
We would recommend submitting your claim so that this process can begin as there are specific timeframes in place and if a claim is not submitted in time, a claim may not be possible. I was amazed at the speed with which my parcel was delivered from France to the UK. I thought my daughter was joking when only 2 days later, whilst I was talking to her on the phone, she showed me the parcel that had just turned up! Great service and reasonably priced.
