Excellent service.

Fast, simple web-based ordering process without the hassle of searching for international shipping codes. Highly recommended. The only downside is that tracking is completely unavailable when choosing DPD as the carrier.

Hi Kevin, thank you for your review and for using NI Parcels. It is very rare for a collection to fail however we can see you booked shipments using NI Parcels with DPD as your chosen courier. We're sorry to hear these were not collected as it appears there was an issue with the driver attempting on the 4th of May.

You have been in touch with our team regarding this and this has been rebooked in for Monday. Our team are always on hand to assist with any issues like this and we would please ask that you always contact us as soon as you can to ensure we can get your shipment rebooked in for a new collection as couriers have early cut off times for new collections.
