Great hassle free service
Great, hassle free car selling experience from start to finish. Got an instant initial quote and arranged an appointment at a local branch. The car buyer, Steve Durrant was really friendly and gave an honest and straight-forward assessment of the car. We agreed a price and Steve took care of all the paperwork including informing the DVLA so that I get my tax refund. The money was transferred into my account early the next morning (the sale was agreed late the previous day).

£1000 reduction after initial offer on…
£1000 reduction after initial offer on line with all the details given . Just had a service but trying to make out needed a new clutch , but it was actually fine after getting a mechanic to check it after I declined to sell to them . Car 10 years old and would not be perfect so online valuations are false as they expect perfect paint work with no chips/ scuffs etc . Which I might add I couldn't see !!! Being a women too selling I felt they were trying to rip me off with a poor offer , Do not Recommend .

Our initial online valuation is based on the information provided to us and is subject to the vehicle being physically inspected. In this case, the inspection identified concerns regarding the clutch, limited service history, and paintwork to the rear bumper. These are all factors that can affect the vehicle’s market value and the cost of preparing it for resale.
The reduction in valuation was therefore based on the condition and documentation of the vehicle following our inspection, rather than an attempt to undervalue it - It’s in our best interest to buy every vehicle possible. We appreciate that this can be frustrating when the online valuation differs from the final offer, but the purpose of the physical inspection is to establish the vehicle’s actual condition rather than simply relying on the information provided online.
We also want to clarify that our valuation was based solely on the vehicle and its condition. We categorically do not base offers on the gender of the person selling the vehicle, and we’re disappointed that you felt this was the case.
We respect your decision not to proceed with the sale and wish you all the best with selling the vehicle elsewhere.

Customer service was second to none and took you through the process quickly and efficiently
