Great Customer Service, Offer Not As Much…
I had never heard of this company before until my mechanic mentioned it due to some of his other customers having a good experience.
Following my initial online valuation, Tom had called a few days later to check I received the valuation via WhatsApp and to ask if I was still interested in selling my car. I was, however wanted to remove my private plate first so did not go ahead with booking an appointment. Tom was pleasant and easy going, and made me aware that the valuation may change as online valid for seven days.
I completed another online valuation around ten days later and it was still the same. I called and asked for Tom so I could book an appointment, though he was not in that day. I spoke to Stewart who was also pleasant and easy going, and an appointment at Sutton Coldfield happened to be available a hour later.
I did not attend expecting the online valuation figure as this is subject to appraisal and my car had a few issues, though I did have a figure in mind. Following the appraisal, there was a significant drop from the initial online valuation, the offer was even lower than what I had in mind.
Whilst I appreciate the reasons for the reduction, I do feel they could have offered a little more. Having said that, the offer was still more than initial online valuations from other companies. I decided to sell and really could not be bothered with the potential hassles of trying to sell a car privately.
The process of Selling Your Car to Jack was smooth and quick, and customers are able to see everything being done on the system. Other than me pausing the process to make a call, everything was sorted within half an hour. I did feel a little uneasy leaving the car without payment, I received it about an hour later, and did have proof of sale which includes confirmation that the payment will be made via BACS. Stewart even told me to cancel my tax direct debit straight away because even though DVLA say they will do it when I vehicle is sold, they do not. I appreciated that.
Overall, I would recommend this company over others and appreciate the customer service I received.

Sold my BMW X3 at SYC2J in Stratford upon Avon, easy central location and excellent service at valuation from Dan. My car was on a cherished transfer and at handover £1000 was retained until I presented the V5 from DVLA. The bank transfer took just over 2 hours. 3 days later I returned with the V5 and an hour later I received the final £1000. A seamless service, nice people and the best offer beating the dealership selling my replacement. Recommend.

I had a Porsche Cayman 718 that I had a…
I had a Porsche Cayman 718 that I had a few people interested in, however once the “interest” from the many turned out to be nothing more than giddy run arounds from the general public I decided to offer the car to a buying service. Always a sceptic of this type of thing due to poor previous experiences with We Buy Any Car and the likes I thought I would give Sell your car 2 Jack a try.
This is where Dan Green stepped in with a fair offer on paper for my car, so I made contact and he was a breath of fresh air to deal with. A true enthusiast with a wealth of knowledge in the prestige car sector, appreciating the specification on my Porsche and also appreciating it wasn’t a brand new, but very clean car.
Dan came personally to collect my car which was a nice touch, and put a face to the business. This was very reassuring.
After a rigorous but fair appraisal the deal was done and money transfered to my account there and then.
I would highly recommend using SYC2J, it’s put my faith back into car buying services.
