Diebstahl! Produkt kommt nicht herunter zun zweiten mal heute in zwei Geräten. Wahnsinn!

Like others I have been ripped off by their vending machines at Gatwick and I have rung them multiple times and they promise to ring back and refund and don't. Avoid terrible customer service. Hope they go bust

Der Automat hat 5 Cent angenommen, als diese zuviel waren hat er die aber nicht wieder hergegeben beim gleichen Kaufvorgang "kein Wechselgeld" hätte noch mal was kaufen müssen um dieses "Guthaben" einzulösen

Not a good business purchase/hire if you’re thinking of having a vending machine on your premises. Don’t live up to their expectations as advertised on the side of their machine! Robbing customers blind where they have a captive audience.

Vergonzosiiiiiisima la experiencia con selecta. Máquina planta -1 en hospital Lozano Blesa de Zaragoza. Intento sacar una botella de agua, lo primero mete dinero, luego elijo de un carril lleno de botellas, la máquina hace todos los recorridos y da por finalizada la transacción que consiste en chuparse la pasta a cambio de nada. Llamo a atención al cliente y de no muy buenas formas me dicen que siga un protocolo vergonzoso y me ingresarán dios sabe cuando los 50 cnt. Todo eso estando el reponedor en la máquina. Aviso a navegantes

Ich reihe mich hier mal bei den Ein-Sterne-Bewertungen ein:
Dieser Firma hat vor ca. einem Jahr die vielen Kaffeeautomaten bei meinem Arbeitgeber (eine große Universitätsklinik mit fast 10.000 Mitarbeitern) von der Firma Chaqwa/Coca-Cola übernommen. Die Kaffeeautomaten für das Personal gehören zur Grundversorgung für die Arbeitnehmer in einem Krankenhaus. Kurz nachdem die Automaten übernommen wurden, hat sich die Kaffee Qualität erheblich verschlechtert und das bei erhöhten Preisen. Möglicherweise schmeckte der Kaffee nicht mehr, weil kostengünstigerer Zutaten eingesetzt worden sind. Die meisten Automaten für das Personal sind inzwischen defekt, weil keine routinemässige Wartung der Geräte stattfindet. Aus der Medizin weiß ich, dass das schlecht ist. An manchen Tagen funktioniert überhaupt kein Automat mehr. Den Merchandiser der Firma, die die Automaten auffüllen, ist das sehr peinlich. Sie würden gerne neue Geräte aufstellen und mehr für die Kunden tun. Es sind bereits zahlreiche Beschwerden bei der Geschäftsführung meines Arbeitgebers eingegangen, ohne dass sich etwas geändert hat. Der Service der Firma ist unterirdisch, der Kaffee ist schlecht, alles ist auf Profit und nicht auf Kundenzufriedenheit ausgerichtet. Die Selecta Hotline ist entweder nicht zu erreichen oder man legt man sofort auf. Schlimm.

Getränke in den Plastikflaschen sind kein Problem zu kaufen, leichte Ware wie zb ein Bifi bleibt ständig hängen. Zwar praktisch so ein Automat aber schlechtes System

Load of rubbish, machines don't work, takes your money and doesn't give out the product.

Lost a few quid after trying two machines, I contacted Selecta over a month ago and they still haven't refunded me, terrible customer service.
We had eight of their machines at work and they have been told to remove them due to them not paying any profit share, ha, we still have their machines so flip em, as for my money they can stick it

Automaten funktionieren zu 90% nicht richtig..unglaublich überteuert...richtig schlechte Firma..hotline ein witz

Die Wartung der Geräte und Automaten sind mehr als dürftig.Meldungen bei defekten Kaffeemaschinen dauert zu lange bis jemand vorbei kommt.Bei jedem technischen Eingriff gibt es wieder Schwierigkeiten.Plötzlich soll nun auch der ,,Gratis,,Kaffee wieder kosten.Hier ist noch viel Handlungsbedarf an Verbesserungen da.

Leider einen Case seit 3 Monaten und der Kaffeeautomat wurde immer noch nicht installiert??

Dangerous driver. On February 27th 2024, at around 11am, a reckless driver almost hit my car.

Day light ROBBERY. SELECTA VENDING MACHINE date Saturday 24/02/2024 at 0129H. location Amazon DNN1, unit B, Saxon way, grange park, Northampton, NN45EZ. I bought a sandwich for £2.2 pence. (99p in other major shops.) Next day when I check my bank account these thieves charged £5 from my account. These group of thieves customers service phone number is 01256348600. it was Saturday couldn't contact. 26/02/2024 around 1045H spoke them and explained. She said they can't refund. As soon I contacted my Bank and explained. They dispute the case against so cold thieves. My advice is to innocent customers. If anything contact your Bank immediately. They will help you for compensation. And always please check thoroughly before you use the vending machines AVOID if it is belong to so cold SELECTA group of thieves. If it's SELECTA avoid. Scamers. This is my second worst experience with these so cold group.

Their machines don't work and they expect you to wait 5 working days before even being able to ask for a refund of a few quid. They then expect you to have every man and his dogs information such as machine ID and talk to you like your stupid when you say you don't have it. 'as a consumer it's common knowledge to get the machine id'. Wrong. I don't work for you. I don't know your procedures. Every place is different. I expected my image of the issue on the machine, the date, the location, my card details and more to be enough. Not how I wanted to start the new year off. Horrible.

Was in Stafford county hospital with an injury,went to the machine asked for contactless payment which I did ,then came a big red crossmachine not working checked today and guess what they have taken payment for goods I never received I see this happens on a regular basis this company is scamming thousands of people with their machines,shame on you sort the problem out you scammers ,trust review you need to put a Xero star marker on your site this also not good enough as this company gets 1 star anyway!!!trading standardsshe look at this company(selecta)

Stay away from these machines in budget hotels, ripped me off and this company apparently don't allow hotel staff to give you money back or retrieve your stuck item. You have to call their number on the machine, which is normally out of hours, and leave a message and contact number. However, they don't get back to you, nice one Selecta more money for nothing. Stuff getting stuck in these vending machines is a common occurrence, I was told by the staff in the hotel, so how much extra does this company make out of this practice?
