Good accommodation.

An amazing resort with breath taking views and exceptionally friendly staff that make you feel welcome and at home. Having travelled so much of the world I’d say that this place is one of my most favourite spots to be in. The lodges are exceptionally luxurious and the spa is up there with the best hotels world wide. Our kids love it and always look forward to coming back. The attention to detail, great food, warmth and friendliness of the staff make this a truly rare experience. 5 stars.

As expected, once again our Seasons accommodation has a luxury feel, well presented and spacious. Our unit this time has a a beautiful, secluded outlook. The staff have been accessible, pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed a drink in the lovely bar area and a delicious meal in the restaurant, well cooked and good service. We will be back.

Update: Since my last review I have attempted to contact Seasons via their prescribed method, once again to no avail. I have within the last day or so been notified by Seasons client liaison that the direct debit payment already taken for maintenance, will be returned. The only conclusion to be drawn from this is that Seasons are intent on irreparably breaking a legally binding contract. I have tried phoning Seasons to ask to speak to one of the directors, only to be told that they ‘cannot be contacted by phone’ and that I should ‘persist’ with sending emails. You can not make this stuff up. This is the behaviour of a sic “ethical, customer-first service”. It is obvious that not all Seasons members are created equal in the eyes of the management and I know there are members who are happy with their “investments”. However, there is without question a growing number of unhappy members across the whole Seasons estate who will not be swayed by the worthless platitudes offered in place of the broken contractual rights, that many members have been paying for not years but decades.
p.s. if Seasons wish to challenge any of the above, rather than post your worthless “please contact….” nonsense, just pick up the phone, you know who I am.

We had a wonderful time. Coya on reception was extremely helpful. Very impressed with the new lodges and hearing future plans for the resort from Kieron. Great evening entertainment from James Dixon and the food was lovely too. We enjoyed using the pool and gym.

We had yet again another splendid trip thanks to our membership. The service we received was exquisite! Not only was our accommodation comfy and very clean, we felt all the staff spoke to us very pleasantly and politely with a special thanks to the young gentleman on reception for going above and beyond for us, and Shaunna for taking the time to explain everything to us and answer every question we had for her in a friendly yet professional manner. We look forward to our next visit.

Another great week spent at Clowance everyone so friendly and helpful,the bar and restaurant was good value for money. Guest relations (Steph)was once again very helpful went through everything on offer to us. The accomodation was of a great standard been updated very clean and fresh

I have been coming to Clowance for over 10 years and always enjoy the stay , plenty of activities for the kids relaxing time for the adultswith hot tub, lovely swimming pool and beautiful grounds . The staff especially guest relations are very helpful the old -Rick and the new Cherie and been awesome . Highly recommend a stay and looking forward to using the new pet lodges in the near future 🐾😁

Wherever you go you have a warm reception from well trained staff and when just occasionally there may be a problem there is someone on hand 24:7 to help.

Lovely venues. Great staff and food in restaurants. We love our holidays with Seasons and have been going to various sites for years now. Always welcomed back. Our family loves it too.

We spent a week at Knocktofer Abbey, and it was great, we had wonderful weather, and it was easy to get to other places, in all, a great holiday.

We have had many holidays with Seasons and always enjoy going both in the UK and Europe. The resorts are fantastic and the staff always strive to make your time with them as comfortable as possible.
Were off again in 10 days time. Can't wait.

Recently stayed in the new 'Garden Collection' at Clowance, which was fantastic. Very pleased with the accommodation. We've always had a great time at all of the Seasons resorts we've been to over the years and so pleased we can now take our dog.
The only criticism I would give is the oven, grill and hob need to be more user friendly, and the garden area needs to have a little grassed area for the dog (currently it's decking only)

We recently arrived back from Club Tahiti. Here you are sure of knowing that on arrival your apartment will have been cleaned to all the other Luxury Lodge standards. After checking in, where members will mostly receive a warm welcome, you can be assured that the bed linen and towels will have been freshly laundered and will be changed everyday. Guest Relations and Pool Bar staff always make you feel welcome. The pool bar may not be for everyone if you are thinking of experiencing the local cuisine. There are many local restaurants to try and are well worth visiting. If you have mobility problems it is very reasonable to have a taxi into Costa Teguise. We did notice that unfortunately some basic rules were not being adhered to by everyone which could cause more cost to other members. One in particular was members not showering before entering the swimming pool despite notices asking you to do so. This was also a request made by Guest Relations at the welcome meeting. This meant that until the pool had been cleaned of sun preparation it was out of action. Towels reserving sun beds was also a theme, again despite notices and Guest Relations asking not to do so. Club Tahiti has no manager the responsibility being taken on by Guest Relations. This could possibly affect the good relationship between Guest Relations and members if a heated situation arises. We feel it is well worth booking Club Tahiti where you will feel you have discovered an oasis in which to enjoy the Canarian climate, relaxing around the resort or exploring the island by bus or car.

From the reply to my review (posted after attempts to get me to remove it) one would think that Seasons are unaware they are in the process of extirpating all timeshare owners from Slaley Hall (on the contrary they are well aware of the misery and worry caused to all)

Furthermore, that they will listen to my concerns and help me reach a satisfactory solution. Nothing could be further from the truth. We and other ordinary families have been fighting for our rights/investment/holiday since 2021. Personally, I have never encountered a more aggressive, unreasonable, unprofessional or unethical company than Seasons. It is actually quite extraordinarily outrageous.

We bought a prime week until 2069 from De Vere and had no problem until Seasons bought out De Vere/Q in 2019. There are too many shocking issues thereafter to detail here so I will simply ask, is it “ethical customer first service” for Seasons to force out timeshare owners against their will for their own benefit?

Seasons are forcing through the winding up of the timeshare club, the sale of all the assets and thus the loss of the occupation rights we paid for so that they can purchase those same assets free from encumbrance at the lowest possible price. We expect Seasons to make millions at the expense of the many timeshare owners , often consisting of several generations, who have become the victims of their “ ethical and customer- first” approach.

Perhaps Seasons can explain the customer first / ethical side of this travesty in a proper response to my review.

If people still want to trust their hard earned cash to a company that is willing to treat customers like that, that is their choice and risk. I will keep my fingers crossed for you and hope your life is not blighted like ours has been.
