Very efficient in all areas.
I used my card which dictated my old address and I emailed as it was 8pm. I called in the morning to explain and the lady had already sorted the address problem.
I was kept fully up to date with delivery day and time and it arrived spot on time.
5 star service all the way and I'm in Scotland!!

I am very pleased with the log store.

The pre and post sales service is very good,

However the roof did not fit properly. I had to plane bits of the roof and the rear corner post.

The instructions were generally good, but Step 15 is unhelpful. I did not align the central post with the marked lines as this would have prevented one of my doors fitting. Instead I positioned it midway between the two end posts.

Delivered when they said, good communication and the product looks great and was easy to assemble following the online instructions. A good quality product

Goods arrived well packaged and conveniently earlier than promised delivery time, unfortunately I had to phone for checklist and assembly instructions. All sorted now.

Order received within a few weeks. Good materials and build quality. Delivery team used were also great, giving plenty of updates before and on the date of delivery.

Their customer service is exemplary.
I received an email stating my picnic bench had been delivered to my address. As I hadn’t received this item I contacted customer service to enquire where it was.
I spoke to Georgia, who after a detailed investigation found out that the manufacturer had delivered it to the wrong address.
The manufacturer made an offer to remedy the issue, which I wasn’t happy with and rejected..
Georgia then mediated on my behalf and a solution was agreed.
Throughout, Georgia handled my issue, professionally, with empathy and with integrity.
With Georgia help my issue was resolved quickly and a new bench delivered within days.
The service that Georgia gave was Gold Standard.
The picnic bench was excellent quality as well.
