Was going to give 3stars at first as the courier company only delivered one package of two but I called backyard customer care and they shipped out the package which was missing within a few hours hence the five stars.
Quality product to build and now to enjoy
Can’t fault them from ordering and customer care outstanding just the courier service let me down the driver called the courier company but they didn’t seem bothered about the delivery issue.
That’s the only issue

I haven't built the product yet but after their 3rd party logistics company let me down last minute on Friday morning, Backyard went out of their way to organise a van to deliver my product on a Saturday. Great customer service. Very impressed.

Purchased the Arcadia gazebo
Purchased the Arcadia gazebo . Very pleased with the product, detailed instructions to assemble, quality materials and fixings. Very sturdy once constructed and looks great.
On delivery we had a couple of damaged parts. Spoke to customer services UK and these were replaced immediately and delivered within a couple of days.
We cannot fault Backyard Discovery on the service received and would like to thank Josephine in customer service for her assistance.
