Fantastic quality products
We purchased a 12/10 Gazebo - quality of the product is very high, hence I would wholeheartedly recommend these products. Delivery was within 7 working days as promised. I did have to chase for an update on the courier timings but that was a minor inconvenience.

Excellent customer service
We were interested in the Saxony XL gazebo, but I wasn’t sure if they’d deliver such a bulky item to Northern Ireland. Less than an hour after contacting customer services I had my answer, not only did they deliver but at no additional cost. It arrived only five days after ordering, very easy to assemble as well and it seems excellent quality. Overall I highly recommend Backyard Discovery.

Excellent bbq shelter
Very quick delivery and delivery men put two very heavy packages in the back garden.
The bbq shelter was easy to assemble and the materials of a very high quality.
The finished shelter looks great.
One piece of constructive feedback on the instruction/assembly manual is that you have to constantly reverse the layout to actually bolt things together as they always show the self anchoring nut on the top. Would make it clearer if the nut was on the bottom.

Saxony XL BBQ Gazebo - it’s excellent!
I bought the Saxony XL BBQ Gazebo and I couldn’t be more impressed. It was delivered very quickly and the assembly was pretty straight forward following the instructions included. My friend who helped my put it together is a builder and he was so impressed in the quality he’ll be buying one too. Very happy with my purchase, it looks fantastic and should provide the perfect shelter for all year round BBQ’ing! 👍🏻

Excellent customer service, replacement parts were sent out the same day I called. I then used Strimmer to cut grass round cedar cove and hit the wood, I called for a paint code and they even sent me links for the paint. Great products and excellent customer service, would highly recommend

Don’t waste your time
I ordered via Costco for a climbing frame for my children’s party, when it arrived it was duplicate parts so we couldn’t build. We was told it would be redelivered however it missed my sons birthday party that weekend. It then missed my family gathering two weeks later. And it was supposed to be delivered today (over 1 month later) I had waited in all day to be told the driver had gone over their hours and it can’t be delivered today and someone will be in touch after 48 working hours to rearrange delivery. I’m not sure it will ever turn up and it has been a dissapointing experience for the whole family, and extended family.

Excellent recovery
I've reduced from 5 starts to 4 stars because there was a problem. But the solution to the problem was definitely 5 stars.
I ordered a gazebo and it was duly delivered. Unfortunately it was too big to fit the space allocated to it in the garden. I contqcted Backyard Discovery and they quickly resolved the problem by delivering the coreect unit the next day.
Giuseppina was very helpful and a delight to deal with.

I recently got the Sarasota pergola and I love it! The quality is great, was easy to assemble, and the customer experience has been brilliant! I also found that the pergola was reasonably priced in comparison to comparators. The pergola has transformed my garden and it means I can also enjoy my garden even when it’s raining. I would definitely recommend this product and the business.
