Very disappointing – I would not recommend LB Supplies.

I had already ordered samples from LB Supplies and, to be honest, found samples from another supplier to be better quality. The only reason I chose LB Supplies for the posts was because they offered the specific size I needed.

I ordered and paid for 16 posts, only to be told afterwards that they didn’t want to supply them separately and wanted to keep their stock for other customers. Despite me clearly refusing the cancellation, they cancelled my order anyway.

They claim to have refunded me, but the money still hasn’t reached my credit card.

So, inferior samples, an order they wouldn’t honour, wasted time, and still no refund showing. I genuinely struggle to see a reason to recommend this company.

As usual, efficient and everything dealt with alacrity...

The ease and speed of delivery just no stress

The delivery process was a real let down.
Yes we got notified very efficiently of the anticipated arrival, but we live in an old refurbished apartment building and i don't think the driver got out of his van to find the front door of the building, which, as you might expect is on the front of the building.
Had he have done so he would have seen our doorbell. We waited in all day, no doorbell ring and no attempt to phone us. We complained, next day another efficient note, this time he arrived and found the front door to the building, (but not our property) and he dumped the goods on the main step, outside. We waited in all day, no doorbell was rung and no phone call to advise us he was there.
When we went outside some hours later, we found the ladders leaning up against the wall and open to anyone who could have stolen them! careless.
Also the packaging was ripped and some of the contents were spilled onto the doorstep. We collected what we found.
A few days later we attempted to fit the ladder and guess what, parts were missing. Probably still in the back of the delivery drivers truck!

Great advice over the phone and prompt delivery. Product appears to be very good. Note, I didn't see this in the catalogue but cladding has ribs on the back to allow ventilation, so no need to double batten. 10/10.

I called into lb supplies on the off chance for polycarbonate sheets , even though they were relocating to another warehouse nothing was too much trouble . Staff were very helpful service first class . Product just what I needed and cut to size for me

The many companies online to chose from for Composite decking was a little overwhelming, so having liked what LB offered we drove to visit their office. The two woman in the office were very knowledgeable and friendly, and answered all the questions we had, as we were building it ourselves.
Delivery went smoothly, their driver was lovely, he checked all the boards were in good condition as he was unloading them with care.
The decking boards are really good quality, the finished deck looks amazing, we will be back next year for more when we replace our larger decking area.

Ordering easy 5* confirmation 5* communication 0 for nearly a month I had to chase this order. I sent emails I made phone calls after phone calls. I did eventually get my order. But it took me the customer to chase it up and no communication back from them.
