I’ve always argued that paying more for a good pair of shoes is well worth it and my mum always felt Russell and Bromley was the place to go as did I and now my daughter.
Sadly the amazing quality and customer service seem to have slipped .
When my daughters shoe split recently the store were very helpful offering a repair or refund but sadly once the shoes went away for inspection this offer was withdrawn as “fair wear and tear “
I’ve had Russell and Bromley shoes last for years so this was such a disappointment .

Myself and my husband visited the Liverpool one store. We where greeted immediately and welcomed. Ben helped me choose a pair of casual shoes. He was authentic , knowledgeable and polite. Our experience was pleasurable and we both will be returning and purchasing our winter boots.

I bought a pair of the Bromley Sandals at great expense as I used to have a pair from them years ago which were fantastic. The style is great and I do like them,but for the money they charged for them, I am very disappointed, I don’t think the quality is there and I can’t see them lasting very long either. They are not the most comfortable and I am having to be careful when I wear them so as not to wear them out to quickly. Not very impressed .

Bought handbag for my fav fashioning, she loved it. Excellent customer service in Bluewater store.

Purchased from Zappato I just went to collect in the post office and had to pay a six Euro fee and received a pair of five Euro sunglasses instead of Russell and Brlmley trainers that I paid Eu80 for. It looks like a genuine site until they send you a confirmation email and you see it’s from China

Asked why they do not seem to offer many half sizes,reply wear another pair of socks,i have over 20 pair of shoes ranging from £245 to £995 the company is going down hill Time to look some wear else??

I purchased pair of shoes on sale and after 4 days with no contact from R&B I started to wonder what’s going on. I read the reviews here and decided to call customer service. Very nice woman apologised for a delay, explained how busy they are during sales and assured me that my order will be delivered soon. Next day I have received dispatch note, followed by delivery day after. Shoes are amazing, as usual!

Buy a lot of shoes from Russell Bromley and recently purchased a pair in the sale and after only wearing once the colour faded all over the shoes.. tried to contact customer service and found it to be dodgy… really has put me off buying from them in future.

Like so many reviews on here, they take your money but no boots and terrible customer service. Order has said Being Processed for last 6 days. Nothing other than automated email replies stating the obvious. I've been shopping at RandB for years but this is my first online order. Never again.

The Oxford Street staff could not have been more helpful or friendly - not the slightest bit pushy. So many brands are too narrow for my feet, but R&B shoes fit well. Bought some Coco-Cross espadrilles for a wedding, and they were comfortable all day on first wearing, and look great.

I was charged twice and it’s almost impossible to get in touch with them. My delivery was significantly delayed too

I purchased the monk's Birch in brown. I've returned them due to quality issues. The quality of the product was awful, with an uneven finish on the upper and nicks around the sole. One of the shoes had weirdly looking stripes due to the poor dying process, and it was different from the other, so both shoes didn't match. Couldn't find any information if the soles are Goodyear welted or not. For the price of 275£, the product was very inferior to other shoe brands in this bracket.
I don't think this brand lives up to the current shoe-making standards of other brands like Loake or Herring shoes, which are in this price range.

Shoes are beautiful with amazing comfort and fit.
The lady who sold me the shoes convinced me literally that a pair of black shoes were navy. And I, stupidly believed her.
They are anxious to make sales so be careful.

We ordered some shoes in their sale at a great price. Never received the goods! Received one email saying out of stock but no refunds. Now having to do a section 75 claim to recover our money! Beware everyone!!

I decided to read reviews as I recently bought a pair or R&B’s in Manchester.
I just had my second fall in them this evening (most embarrassing)
It’s like the sole sticks to the surface when you are walking.
Cut knee and now tread wearing them again.
Just wondered has this happened to anyone else. ☹️

Customer service from R&B was excellent. ...shame about the sandals. I bought a pair of orange quilted sandals and wore them inside for 1 hour when I spilt and dropped a jug of water...the result was a pair of patchy peach/orange sandals the colour almost disappeared. I contacted customer services sent photos and got a refund within hours. Excellent customer service thank you Zoe

Useless company. AVOID. First of all they say the post within 24 hours of receiving which in my experience is not true by any stretch of the imagination.

Impossible to contact them as links are not working and when you do find a contact email that apparently works they do not reply.

Take money with no goods dispatched which in my view is fraud.

Avoid at all cost.

Really love this service and the shoe quality.
However, please, tell to your marketing team that’s mobile version of the website works really poor - a lot of bugs, poor User Experience, UI elements and navigation are not clear.
And foremost - important information just missed there.

I have had some problems with my shoes and I decided to get my shoe repair by guarantee.
With great difficulty I found a paragraph on the website about the shoe repair that we can bring the shoes at any time and the only one thing we have to do - to not repair the shoes in other services.

Unfortunately, when I brought one shoe to the store - the assistant said that it is mandatory to provide BOTH.
There is no any info about that on the website or on the recipe.

She was really polite and said sorry many times - but I need to go back, bring the second one and go back to the store again.

The whole impression is destroyed by this accident.

As a Product manager, I know how easy is to change your UI elements and add one more line with rules to the website.

Please, do that and give your customers perfect experience, as it was for me before this case.

Visited the Cambridge store 3 times this week as I was so happy with my sneakers needed more colours!! My husband also purchased a pair of brogues. The service was amazing very helpful staff especially Monika who was amazing. Will be going back
