My two pairs of shoes bought on-line in the sale - a pair of Monument black shoes and a White pair of Sicily White Sandal/Shoes arrived in an unblemished box with both pairs of shoes inside the one box.
The shoes fitted true to size and were unmarked on the shoes and the soles.
Completely satisfied and will not hesitate to purchase again on-line with this company.

I bought a pair off boots and they vere delivered to a estate agent on the house that nobody lives,had to go to estate agency to get them week after the delivery date and in the end boots were damaged and no reply from Russell and Brom customer services

Russell and Bromley sold me worn boots, passed them on as new. I have contacted their customer services and sent them pictures of the boots. They came in a torn box and were not packaged as new boots. I'm so pissed off, they are not even replying or taking them back as I requested. I don't know whether they looked at my name and thought we should send ex display boots to him.

So disappointed..
The fit of your shoes is so poor now. I am not sure who is making them but the sizing is diabolical.
Sadly very expensive for poor products nowadays. I have literally tried on loads,. They are so variable in fit it is ridiculous.

Bought the most uncomfortable boots possible. I’ve had to have more physio as the Chelsea boots I bought are still causing me so much pain. It’s the most I’ve spent on a pair of boots and by far the worst pair I’ve owned! I don’t think the leather is good quality at all for the money.

I bought the infamous In Park trainer. They are the worst things I have ever worn. Uncomfortable and gave me huge blisters all over my feet! Horrible.

I wanted to say a massive thank you to the R&B team for their great customer service when I contacted them regarding a recent purchase which were causing me to have significant blisters and I was unable to wear due to a seam ridge on the inside of one trainer. The process of returning was fuss free, all very simple and kept informed of progress, they accepted the fault and I received a brand new pair of trainers very promptly which I am delighted with as I love these shoes - on my 3rd pair! Thank you Russell & Bromley!

Ordered shoes from a company advertising on FB purporting to be Russellandbromley at discounted prices, also trading as topannabelle.com. Shoes never arrived in spite of tracking number saying delivered (after 19 days) and signed for. It’s obviously a scam from Singapore! Beware!

Purchased Idolize in the correct size 6.
Arrived super quick and beautifully packaged. Appeared to be an absolute bargain. However, No way could I actually get my feet into these sneakers (I do have narrow feet too) The opening is tiny and obvious design fail. No wonder they were seriously reduced. Beautiful to look at but totally useless. Returning.

I thought I would put a positive review as this young girl was very efficient in giving advice and making suggestions on other products that might be more suitable for me. And then, left the story very happy with my purchase.

Bought a pair of slingpoint shoes.wore them for 5 hours at my daughters wedding. The leather sole rolled back on the tip of the shoe and ended up scrathing the nappa leather. I was offered an Evoucher and told it was probably my gait or i was wearing the wrong size ??. The email i received was a load of drivel.

Bought a pair of the laceless sneakers recently. Was all set to wear them out until 5 mins before my taxi arrived I noticed the inside leather was all torn around the elastic and the tongue was coming away! Luckily I hadn’t worn them outside - judging by the reviews on here, (and their snooty response when I emailed customer services- despite sharing several photos they ‘couldn’t comment without seeing them in person!?) I’m sure they would have somehow decided it was ‘fair wear and tear’ or my fault for wearing them in the rain or some such none-sense!
Total joke that you pay over the odds for such shoddy goods - I was gutted as I really do love the look of the trainers, but the non-plussed reply from customer services made me realise this brand is not for me.
Still awaiting my refund……I wonder how long it will take…..

I had 4 pairs of shoes. Every single one of them broke. Russell and Bromley refused to give me a refund. I went higher up and still was refused. I lost over £500 and wouldn’t ever go back.

I also Brought 2 pairs of the same shoes on eBay (because they told me it was my fault) they told me I’d worn them in the rain (I didn’t. It was august 😂)and no word of a lie the guy told me he never sworn his in the rain and carries 2 pairs of spare shoes around at all times just in case it did.

Both of those shoes fell apart too. I have photos of the shoes

Not one did Russell and Bromley help me out. I tell everyone I meet to never buy them and they haven’t and a friend of mine was about to too! Thank god she didn’t.

I had a problem regarding purchase and I reached out to Customer Service and the response was exemplary

Poor quality trainers that I can’t wear. I have approached a sales person in store explaining that it was hurting me no matter what I have tried. And she replied sorry we can’t help you, we sell loads of these. Will not be buying anything again. A luxury brand that doesn’t look after their clients after a purchase.

People usually only flock to reviews to scathe businesses in negative circumstances. But there was a tiny defect in a shoe I purchased. I got a fast email response followed by a proactive customer service call to schedule a hassle free return and next day dispatch of my replacements. Polite, professional and efficient.

Worse a pair of shoes sparingly for 5 weeks - not worn in the rain. After very light weat the leather started to show signs of wear with colour fading and one heel clicking repeatedly everytime I walked. The store were unable to process a return and advised me to speak to customer services, spoke to head office who asked me to send the shoes for analysis at head office. Never heard of customer service like this. When you spend over £200 for a pair of shoes and they are not fit for purpose the process should be clear and straightforward where the store accept responsibility for an item that has lasted 5 weeks.
Will not be shopping at Russell and Bromley again - for high street you get better after sales with Clarkes or office. Sadly, if you want a proper pair of shoes you have to buy loakes/churches etc. Waste of time and money going to a fading high street brand

First class service from R&B. My son ordered a pair of shoes that arrived the next day - unfortunately he needed a smaller size so returned them the next day. Easy returns via Royal Mail. The shoes arrived with the company the next day and then the refund was processed super quickly. I would highly recommend Russell & Bromley to anyone, the shoes/bags are good quality. I have been a customer of theirs for over 30 years, they certainly have the online side running to a high standard. Also, I have always received compliments on my shoes over the years!

I love Russell and Bromley shoes and I have always found that it is worth paying the money as the shoes do last and are generally made very well.
I have had a couple of issues recently with the same style boot splitting in the thick sole however on both times the customer service was excellent and they arranged replacement/ refund. I do hope however these faulty boots are just an exception and perhaps just a design issue.
