Were quick to respond to my timeline But I would not have known there was an issue with my order unless I called.

One box is a complete solution for my daughter's Dorm room!

I mean I don’t live far from where they make the packages a week later I still haven’t gotten my box (standard shipping it from 2-7 days so why has it been a week and I still don’t have my package?). They said it would be here within two days of when I purchased the item every day the date keeps changing its a good thing I didn’t order it a week before move in day(my original plan) because this is unacceptable.

Shipping took FOREVER, but everything was great. I didn’t actually get my package until about a week and a half before I went off to college (which is a while considering I ordered more than a month in advance, and almost gave me no room to return things if I wanted to do so). And to be fair they did explain it was because of a mattress topper but the problem is with that one employee that I spoke with told me that they had received the shipment of mattress toppers and that they would go out the end of that week and beginning of next. Then when I get the email that the packages are finally coming out but still without the mattress topper,so that made me feel like the employee just gave a company made statement. BUTTTTT the quality of the things are great and THE GOOD DEFINITELY OUTWEIGHS THE BAD. The packaging was adorable the package came quickly once it shipped. 2 days actually. And I feel like a growing company this experience with shipping definitely gave them some experience so they know how to handle situations like this in the future. I would definitely order again

The package came busted and looked as if it was messed with before it got to my door step. Not to mention it wasnt properly sealed

I did not receive all of my items at one time. With less than a month til move in, I am constantly worried about the mattress topper. I have been waiting for a month and a half for the order that I made in early June.

My experience was alright. I ordered the Starter Pack dorm bundle for $175 (promo code), and I have yet to see about the quality so I can't report on that. However, the shipping was the only thing that made my experience a bit weird. I ordered on June 27, and my comforter set had to be pre-ordered. Instead of being immediately shipped, it would come mid-July. This was fine being that I don't start school until July 30th. Long story short, they also decided to replace the mattress pads during this time. I didn't get my shipment until July 24th, obviously cutting it close to when I move. I could have been refunded for the pad, but I obviously wanted it as part of my bundle. My advice is to order a good few weeks in advance because you never know. Also, my package came in two separate deliveries because of a mix up at the facility. I actually didn't mind this, and I can say that they have great customer service and despite some issues they make sure most customers are satisfied.
