Order some dried flowers, didn’t arrive checked on Etsy they hadn’t even started the process. They don’t exist anywhere no phone number .etsy was good and gave me the money back but I feel they are a scam

SCAM ALERT. Ordered flowers on 06/15. Got an email after an hour stating my order was cancelled and my money was refunded. It’s been a month and no refund. Keep getting generic email that they are working on it.

Ordered flowers. They said they couldn't fulfill my order, so they would give me a full refund within 5 days. It has been over a week and still no refund. I can't believe they would do this, but they did.

Wife ordered flowers for a funeral on March 20, 2024, she thought she forgot to sign the card, called back and was told the order has been canceled because the funeral was out of the delivery area. Attempted several phone calls, was promised that it would be refunded, and still hasn't happened nearly a month later. Avoid these people and shop with a legitimate business. They have earned the low star rating and should be lower.

I placed an order that totaled $82.76 on 10/12/2023, then the order was immediately cancelled with a refund promised. I called several times, but all I got was an email confirming the refund pending in 2 business days. I never got my money back and confirmed with my bank that the charge was made on 10/12/23, cleared my bank on 10/16/23 and there was no refund ever posted to my account. This was a birthday present for a child's 7th birthday and I have tried all I know to do to obtain my money. The order was not filled and the bank won't dispute the charges to assist me with obtaining a refund either. Their customer service only identified the refund was owed and claimed it was done, but I paid for this service through Baby Blue Florist and the emails came from Sarata Flowers. Buyers be very aware that they are thieves, and I would never recommend spending money with this company.

Place is a rip off an order was placed with them then they canceled the order but instead of refunding the money they charged my account twice and when I called then I was told it was untrue so I sent the screens hot of transaction and called back and was told I needed receipt from bank even though screenshot showed there company name and amount that was charged. So I'm filing police report

This company took my money.

I ordered flowers. A day later I received an email that for some unknown reason my order had to be cancelled and that my money was going to be refunded. Almost a month later and the company does not respond to my email inquiries. Money was never refunded.

1) "Order Received" Nov 22,2023@ 4:13pm;
2) "Order Cancelled" Nov 22, 2023 @6:20pm:
"I'm writing to inform you that your order has been cancelled. Unfortunately, the florist in your desired delivery area was unable to fulfill the order. We are currently investigating the reasons behind this to ensure it does not happen again in the future." (as you will read below from other reviewers, it happens again, & again, ad nauseum).
"However, I am happy to inform you that a refund has already been issued for your order. You should have received a system receipt confirming the refund.
If you have any further questions or concerns regarding the cancellation or refund, please feel free to reach out to me. I am here to assist you and address any queries you may have.
I apologize for the inconvenience caused, and I appreciate your understanding in this matter.

However, YOU WON'T DISCOVER UNLTIL YOU CHECK YOUR CC STATEMENT & check w/your CC company,THAT THE REFUND HAS NEVER BEEN SUBMITTED TO YOUR CC COMPANY/bank.

I finally found phone number for Baby Blue Florist
1-800-723-7788. This is SARTA's number. I informed not so friendly customer service person of problem. After she located order number, she said "the refund has been processed. it will show up on cc on Tues" I asked if it had been SUBMITTED to cc-- she sd "can't do that on weekends" & an email w/ confirmation number was on its way to me, and it has arrived, but I don't trust that as the completed refund, even though it came w/ a confirmation number...

Melville, NY, 11717 I don't know if BOTH NY & FL's Attorney General's offices need to be notified, should anyone be able to spare the time to puruse that.
ALSO: OUR CREDIT CARD COMPANIES ARE AWARE OF THESE VENDORS AND YET CONTINUE TO PROFIT FROM THEIR SCAMMING. THE CC COMPANIES ARE NOT LOOKING OUT FOR THEIR CARD HOLDERS--THEY ARE PLAYING BOTH SIDES, SO PLS LET YOUR BANKS/ CC COMPANIES KNOW YOU ARE UNHAPPY THEY ARE KNOWINGLY PROFITING FROM SCAMMING VENDORS.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would! I have tried on more than one occasion to order from this company only to be told the address is undeliverable. What funeral home do you know of would be undeliverable? Same thing with a downtown address. They said my money would be refunded to no avail and this goes on since May & June 2023. It is now The late part of January, 2024.

Its January and still waiting for a refund from November , They cancel the order they could not deliver the flowers

Ordered flowers 11/18/23 for my Sister-in-law who had surgery was notetafied moments later couldn't deliver and money would be refunded, still waiting 12/19/23. I have contacted Baby Blue Florist 3 times and they told me it's in the process of a refund but am still waiting. Didn't read the reviews but should have, probably a scam, don't order from this website.

After an order on 10/24 and multiple emails to and Margaret Ryes for a refund. I disputed this as fraud with my bank. Do not order from this company it’s a scam.

Scam, Scam, Scam, Scam. Do not even bother to order from this company intentionally. I've called three times and spoken to "Mia" with promises of a refund to my credit card for flowers never delivered.

I purchased flowers on October 16th for a funeral. Baby Blue Florist cancelled my order and said they’d give me a refund. They did not. I called 3 times and asked to have my money refunded . They lied and said they would and still did not refund my money. This company is a scam!!!!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM COMPANY, DO NOT ORDER, IF YOU DO YOU WON'T GET A REFUND FROM THEM, DO AS I DID AND CONTACT YOU CC COMPANY TO DO A CHARGE BACK, THEIR SITE SHOULD BE TAKEN DOWN AND NOT ALLOWED TO ADVERTISED. Would love to receive my refund for $42.51 as flowers were never delivered. Very dissatisfied!

Recieved email Sarata Florist order canceled unable to deliver in area. They had the address & my $80.60 & I have been going on 3 weeks emailing to bet my money.
This has been horrible & should have to keep emailing

They don’t even deserve one star! It’s a fraud in which I was charged but no one got flowers nor any communication about said delivery. I could only find an email for customer service no phone #. I sent emails twice and received zero response. I’m currently having investigation through the bank to try to recover money. Also found on BBB it’s not accredited and there are alerts for bad business

Baby Blue works through another scam company named Sarata Florists. Sarata Florists keep telling me they will refund my money after a cancelled order but they have done nothing to resolve the issue. Both companies are a scam. Disgusting!
