Ordered flowers for a family death. Same day was told flowers could not be delivered and our account would be credited. We were charged. After many attempts to get our money back we finally contacted American Express on September 28th. They credited our account and they will deal with the company.

Ordered flowers for daughter in-law at the birth of my grandson. Charged my card cancelled the order and never refunded my 97.95

This” “company” is a complete scam. The physical address is not actually a flower shop and they have multiple websites, same product, same address, same website layout, just different names. (Sevoflowers.com) same thing happened to me as everyone else. Ordered $60 worth of flowers, never delivered, then they cancelled the order and claimed they issued me a refund. 2 weeks later and morning. They have hung up on me multiple times. We recorded all conversations. I have turned them in to the Attorney General in each state, consumer protection, the FBI (internet/scam department). I’m hoping these crooks get shut down soon!!!!!

After filing a dispute with my credit card company, I received a complete refund for both orders. Not sure how it would have gone if I'd not involved my cc company, but let's be charitable. Still, I'd not order from them again.

I placed an order with Baby Blue on August 25th for a funeral. It was canceled that day by the local florist. I have yet to receive my refund.

Scam. They took the money, never delivered anything, no email confirmations and they say the payment has been refunded over the phone but it has been over 2 weeks now. This needs to be shut down looking at all of these reviews now.

Placed an order just to be told and hr before delivery that the order was canceled but the money hasn’t been refunded idc what any company says the second you take my money for payment should be the same way when given a refund not 7 business days I didn’t pay y’all in 7 business day please run from this store, hell by pass the ad if it pops up online skip you have been WARNED!!

Like what was described in other reviews - I placed an order and within hours received an email indicating that the order could not be fulfilled and that I would receive a refund within 2 business days. After a week, I called and was told that the refund would be processed but a week after that still not refund. My next step was to file a dispute with my credit card company DO NOT order flowers from this company!

I ordered peace Lily for a funeral. Next day received an e mail the order couldn't be completed but a full refund would be issued in 2 days. Still have not received a credit to my account. Order was placed 8/26/2023.

This company needs to be closed forever. Should be banned in the US.
Ordered flowers for my sisters 70th birthday. Received confirmation. Ordered on 18th of September to be delivered on the 20th. Never received them. Sent 3 emails the 20th trying to find status. NOTHING. Called the 21st. (after the occasion) Man said your order canceled.

This company is a scam....wish I saw the reviews on here before I purchased. I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday, then they cancelled the last minute right before delivery. They said it would be refunded, but never has been. Waiting on a chargeback/dispute from my credit card company.

STAY AWAY. You've been warned!

I tried ordering flowers for my someone who just lost their mom. It took no time for the site to charge my card for order. However, a couple hours later I received an email that the order could not be fulfilled. After a couple days of good communication, I was confident I would receive a refund. It is now 2 weeks later and no refund and they have stopped responding to my emails. Very hard to believe this isn't a scam. I would encourage anyone to only order from trusted flower shops they know.

I have deleted my previous review because I’ve received a full refund. When I initially didn’t receive a refund after two business days and didn’t get a response from a follow up email, I went into panic mode, especially after reading the bad reviews. I just felt I needed to be honest and give you all an update. Hope it works out for the rest of you.

terrible! Not a real florist service. I(like others here) ordered flowers for same day delivery. I did not get a cancellation email - and flowers were not delivered. I called customer service who stated my order was cancelled - I asked why I was not notified and got a generic answer. I asked for a cancellation letter and refund and he stated he could not email me. He would not give me additional contact names or phone. I reported the incident to authorities. Do Not Order from this scam site.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Like others have stated, paid for my order and got a cancelation email immediately. After they took my money, of course. A week later still no refund and no pending refund according to my bank.

I had googled florists local to the area I wanted them delivered, I should have been more skeptical but trusted my Google result. Lesson learned. Ended up going with FTD with no issues at.

Edit 10.1.23 - STILL NO REFUND. I keep emailing this company for refund updates and she "assures" me she's doing everything she can to get me my refund. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS SHAM COMPANY!

Edit- 10.20.23- so it took me nearly a month to get my refund - I got it on 10.7.23. It wasn't until I called them scammers and cursed a little I finally got it. Throughout this entire review process I've been getting emails about this review I got more attention on this review from them than I did when i requested my refund. They now are telling Trustpilot my review is fake and wanting to take it down. I stand behind this review and will not be changing my stars.

Terrible experience resulting in a chargeback with my credit card company. Do not order from them. They'll wait until the day before you need the flowers to just cancel your order and give a generic reason as to why. Just look at all the other negative reviews claiming the same.

Big SCAM !! Don’t give them your information!! Ordered on 8/27/23 , they cancelled the order, I have called customer service, and as of 10/20 , still haven’t gotten a refund!

My order was canceled without any explanation on the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered to the funeral home for my mother's services.

Scam. Sorry I didn’t see this site before purchasing from them. Got the same BS email from them 30 minutes after placing an order. No refund received.
This place is a total scam.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my son, the florist could not deliver, but I was charged. I got an email from Mary stating I would not be charged. I was and now I can't contact her because her email doesn't exist. Thanks 95.00 I lost!!
