The package came quickly and the sheets are soft. It’s exactly the design I wanted at a good price too! Very pleased!

I ordered my dorm bundle on July 5th and I have yet to receive it!! It hasn’t even shipped yet! I was informed a few days ago that they were waiting on mattress toppers but they were still going to ship orders out without them. I move in in less than 2 weeks and I really need my things. I paid almost $300 for the bundle so I would to receive my things. I’ve emailed and called today and still no response. this has been one of the worst experiences and I honestly thought things were going to be great due to the great reviews people have given Roomify.

Like a lot of reviewers have said, my box was quite beat up when i recieved it. I loved the cute packaging in my bundle. i will probably not use the underbed storage, it is cheap and too tiny for how high my bed is. I haven’t used the bedding yet as I move into my dorm next month, but the colors are great and i’m so glad it included a topper. i wish it included a protector too. the comforter seems a little thin, and the sheets aren’t high thread count, which is okay because i prefer crisp sheets over soft ones. overall i loved the convenience factor of roomify’s bundles and I would recommend to a friend, but if i was moving to an apartment I would get higher quality bedding elsewhere.

Wasn't alerted that my package would be late until I called up there about 2 weeks later to ask and the customer service representative explained that they were waiting on my mattress topper in order to ship out my package. An email was sent out the following day explaining the situation and offering refunds to those who didnt want to wait. I stuck it out. My package finally arrived after about 3 and a half weeks of waiting and everything is great! Nothing to complain about package wise. The shipping was extremely fast considering I got my package 3 days after it shipped not including the weekends. I do wish that they indicated on the website that there would be a delay because of the mattress toppers instead of waiting for people to call and find out themselves. I have been recommending this site to all of my friends despite the delay considering this is by far the best deal on dorm supplies that I have ever come across.

I was hoping to have all my sons stuff for school in one bundle but my order has not arrived and I have to keep e-mailing them for an update. Check in day is this Monday and I have nothing thanks to roomify. So I will be out shopping for all the dorm room items tonight.

Great fast delivery love everything in the package

The package took a while to arrive and when it did the box was beat up and one of the boxes inside was opened. But over all the quality of everything was great and everything I ordered came in good condition. It’s so convenient everything came in one box so it is easier to move for move in day!!

Poorly packaged. The box came opened, and the sac containing the sheets was stained. Not packaged well. The comforter itself was okay.

Costumer Service was great! I wish shipping would’ve been faster.

Seemed like a scam at first due to the communication and no info on the product shipping until after i grilled them on my package, once i received the package it was badly beaten up and I have yet to open it Lord only knows whats inside.

While my order did take awhile to get here, it was everything i wished for and more. It was such an easy and convenient website with a lot of great deals. I love my “doin’ it big” package !!! Thanks roomify !

TERRIBLE! It’s been 2 weeks so I called and they told me to call fed ex which I did and I guess Roomify is the middle man from where they get their stuff, and fed ex said to call Roomify which I did and they REFUSED TO EVEN TALK TO ME! also said that there was nothing they could do 🙄 highly dont reccomend and very bad service

I would recommend this company to anybody I know that would benefit from them. The company is affordable for all that you get and they have fast shipping. My package came within 3 days of ordering it and also it shipped out that same night I ordered it. The customer service is great as well!

It took an entire month to get one package that should have gotten to me within 2 to 3 days and for that reason I gave you guys 1 star because the communication was horrible. felt like you guys could have done better I still haven't received my order yet to know if it is correct.

Items in the package are pretty cheap and not as high of quality as expected. I was kinda dissapointed.

It made my whole experience so much easier and less stressful trying to get everything for school. I definitely would recommend it for anyone in college or in general
