My package was delivered fine but the time was not given before ordering of how long to expect, it would have been nice to know. All in all I love my new set of bedding!

The Customer Experience representatives lied to me about shipping one of my orders. And then lied about expedited shipping options. Both of my daughters have moved into their dorm rooms. One has the items we paid for. The other still does not.

Great! Everything was wonderful & nice communication!

The dinnerware and hangers arrived on time. We ordered the set in lilac and the hangers In both lilac and purple; and all were a big hit for my daughter...she loved them! She knows that this particular set is her personal eating set, and has decided to re-hang all of her clothes she’s taking to college on her new sets of hangers.

Thanks again Roomify for the uniqueness of your items for my daughter.

I have not recieved my package and they dont know where it is

I gave a four star only because a couple of the items are really overpriced. Over all I’m really satisfied.

Order took over 10 days to arrive.
Upon arrival found comforter set to be a full/queen and not a queen as advertised.
Very disappointed as it was time consuming and i had to go out of my way to return it.

All the items that came in the package, came perfectly sealed and packaged and looked exactly how it did on the website. The items are great quality and look very durable. There was a delay in the package because of a change in a product but they emailed me and told me it would be late, which I really appreciate. I would definitely purchase from roomify again and recommend to others.

It took over a week for my order to ship. I can assume it was out of stock, and if that is the case, I was not made aware. When it did ship, it did arrive quickly though.

Everything came exactly how I imagined. I can’t wait to set up my room August 12th!!!! Move in dayyyy!!! #SpaldingUniversity ❤️

My shipping took 2 weeks instead of one and that was my biggest issue. i love the packing though 😍😍😍

The shipping took so long. I had to call so they can send my package but when I received it I loved the comforter set and sheets so overall it wasn’t a bad experience

My daughter found this website and was very excited by the bundles. I think the patterns were awesome, prices were affordable and the included item list was extensive. The problem was the shipping and customer service. There was a large delay (4weeks) in shipping. We were told it was due to a change I. The mattress topper. Only after 4 phone calls, multiple emails and the equivalent of demanding the items we ordered did the item actually get shipped. Disappointing.

My daughter was very pleased with how it all looks, no verdict on how it holds up...yet! Shipping took longer than expected but still in plenary of time. Quality is very good. Thumbs up! J

I love everything in my bundle yet the experience and trials I went through receiving my package was not adequate at all.

The bedding was absolutely so soft and the color absolutely beautiful!! Very very happy with our choices. The body pillow not very fluffy, but super pretty, or it would have received 5 stars.

Order took a long time get here. And it was not what I expected. Also in that time the price drop and they would not adjust it.

I’m going off to college soon and I decided to get my dorm stuff off Roomify and I’m glad I did. My stuff is color coordinated and I love it.
