It took over a month for my bedding to come when i orderd and paid $50 for a comforter and i recived a single sheet. 😡 I leave for college in 9 days and now i have to scramble and buy more bedding because i was sent the wrong order. Super stressful.

2 weeks???!, it's been 3 and still do not have my order!!! Tried calling and the phone system is down? Really?;!?!!?

I was really excited about my order from Roomify. My order was taking a while to be shipped and I found out it was because they were changing their mattress toppers. I requested for my order to be sent without the topper so I could receive it on time. Well the date that they said it would be shipped did not happen instead it was shipped 5 days later and because of that my order would not arrive on time. I had to cancel my order and shop last minutes for my dorm which was really a bummer.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a bundle and only received the comforter. Called several times and am given a different answer each time. 1 week later and still have not received the remainder of my bundle nor can they tell me when I will. Very disappointing. I would NOT recommend Roomify.

Honestly , at first I was skeptical of buying from roomify. I didn’t know anyone who bought anything from them especially not the bundles. I’m glad I took the risk though because I got eveything I purchased in perfect condition. It really is worth the money and this saved me sooooo much time on shopping for the individual items. If I ever need to I will definitely buy from Roomify again for dorm or apartment things.

I really liked the packaging it was humorous and cute with the avocado dos and don’ts book

Everything took long to come , there was some friction with my order and I’m awaiting the rest of it. Other than that , if you have time to go order and wait then it’s decent site.

Great experience! Fast delivery and much better prices than other sites.

Package never arrived, I would talk with customers service reps on the phone and they would basically lie instead of tell me they weren’t sure when it would arrive or SHIP out and kept telling me “it should be here by... we’ll make sure it’s shipped tonight ” well it’s the week of my move in date and this company has given me nothing but last minute anxiety. A little more transparency and communication SOONER would have been nice .. if I didn’t call no one would have notified me my package didn’t ship outdid a whole MONTH.. yeah save yourself the stress .. not blaming the employees because I know there is probably more to the story but when you are selling something important it is important to be TRANSPARENT AND CLEAR with customers to prevent panic, stress miscommunication, and lies.

Not the color as advertised or described:

We order a bedding set that was advertised and detailed as purple. It's actually a darker blue. But we still love the item. Just had to switch our original color pallet for our daughters dorm room. The good this is that we were waiting on the bedding to get here to match things to the comforter before buying things.

Really didn’t like that you have to either txt or tweet about your order. Also didn’t like that you had the toppers on back on order and didn’t let customers know. There should have been an option to weather or not we wanted to wait or just be offered a refund for the product. Also I was told that I would get an email regarding my refund for the topper and that was not sent to me. I hD to call and inquire about my email

Love everything that I got, but my lamp that I recieved was white and not pink.

I ordered two of the bed sets and only one of them came. I wasn't worried because the email said it would come soon, but then it wasn't coming soon. so I had to email them to get them to ship out the last item. and it says its still shipping.

Honestly they take way too long to ship out things, my order took a week to ship out of their facility but once it shipped it only took two days to get to my house. Everything that i asked for was there so nothing to complain about the product. They just need to do better with how long it takes to get orders ready.

It took longer than expected to come in and there was quite a bit of fraying on the buttons and seams. The patterns great and I like it but I think for the money I spent, I could’ve gotten something of better quality.

They accidentally sold me an item that was out of stock, which was a disappointment because I really wanted it. However, they did their best to make it right and I am very pleased with both the customer service and the item that I did receive.

Poor execution on timely shipping out bundles.

Loved everything in the box!!

Our comforter set came in a very shirt time. It was very nice, as seen online. The only thing to improve would to add more selection and/or have each comforter designs come in more than one color. We bought one design in blue and wished we could've gotten it in blush as well.

Roomify has incredible deals on exactly what I needed for college. They’re customer service is amazing, and I got responses from their team quickly. The biggest issue I faced was their issues with inventory. Two of the items I ordered were out of stock. They refunded me the two items immediately and sent what they had in stock at my request. It took almost an entire month to receive my order. If you need college essentials in a small time-frame, be careful. I would allow at least a month for your package to arrive.
