It take FOREVER to get your package

I didnt recieve a tracking email until about two weeks later! Their customer service phone is "temporarily" down. I was finally told this morning that my package would be here on 8/10 now a few hours later they pushed it back to 8/13. I move into my dorm (out of state) on the 8/12. I thought I ordered it ahead of time so I could get it before I went to school but they are sooooo slow! Beware of this site! If youre buying for school make sure youre doing it like a month or two ahead because they will take forever sending you tracking info, contacting you, and sending your package!

Ordered 7/28. No word from them since. Texted, emailed, and called. Contacted the State Attorney General of Texas, the FTC and going to file a theft report with police if I don't get my money back in the next 48 hrs.
Read previous reviews which led me to believe this was great idea.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Purchased over 2 1/2 weeks ago. Sent multiple emails/text messages for over a week - no response. Order status still shows as "Pending" and cannot get an answer from them.

Still haven’t gotten anything and put my order in three weeks ago

Terrible a month later and still waiting they don’t respond to emails and don’t answer phones

Horrible customer service. I have no idea when my stuff will ship and no one will return my email. My daughter moved into get dorm on Monday and probably won't have anything she needs.

I had a wonderful experience with Roomify. I am a college freshman this year, and I ordered a comforter and sheets for my dorm room. The prices were affordable and I was very impressed with the shipping. The tracking they offer is very accurate and helpful and it arrived on time. The actual products were as pictured. The only reservation I have is the sheets are not of the highest quality, however that is to be expected when you order cheap sheets online. There were also free samples included in the box such as red bull and command strips as well as a guide of tips for surviving the dorm life. Overall, I would certainly recommend this company to fellow college students because of the good prices and great shipping experience.

The worst customer service ever! Phones down???? What a JOKE!. Supposedly 3 weeks later it has shipped.... I am really worried now of what the quality will be. How can the Texas Attorney General not be looking into this company. Someone finally responded on Facebook, that they were looking into it, but never got back to me.
Run I believe these packages maybe too good to be true! Just go to their Facebook page under last post and see all the other people with the same issue.

The money you might save here is not worth the hassle of wondering whether you'll ever get your stuff or not. Daughter placed order on 7/22, still nothing on 8/6, 15 days later. They say they will respond to the text msg you send but didn't, their phones are always down, no emails sent, etc. Do yourself a favor: shop elsewhere.

I placed my order on July 28... Have yet to receive anything but a payment confirmation. I cannot get in contact with customer service to request a refund nor am I able to email them !! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I got the starter pack as a college freshman and the amount of items that come with are worth for the price. I LOVE the designs and everything about the themes. There's so many cute options to choose from. The website said it would ship in 2-7 days which it didn't, but after contacting customer service through facebook they replied within 24 hours and apologized for the delay. They put my package on the urgent shipping list and it got to me in just two days! They did everything to make sure that it came before I left for college and the amount of thought and care they put towards each customer's individual order is exceptional. The customer service is so great and easily accessible through various networks such as text, facebook, twitter, etc. I love the bundle so much and the company even more. Will be buying more in the future for sure!

Ordered "Doing it bundle" spent over $300 on 7/14/18 promised 5 day delivery! Did not receive until 8/1/18 with no mattress topper! Have tried contacting for refund for mattress topper 3x with no response! Gave 1 star because 0 wasn't available. You would think spending that kind of money they would a bit more organized. Not worth it, I have 4 more going to college over the next few years, I will never do business with them again! Lesson learned always read the reviews first! Buyers Beware!

They really thought of everything so you don’t have to. It’s amazing & worth it.

Shipping was fast and came earlier than I expected. Also the comforter was exactly what I wanted.

I ordered my package July 13th, I was told it takes 3-7 days to ship I didn’t hear anything in two weeks so I reached out to them & they keep telling my order is top priority there was a delay because they were getting new mattress toppers and they will split my order and send them separately and will be shipped “tonight or tommorow morning” I’ve been hearing that for the past week now. I leave in 6 days. today I received the mattress topper but have yet to recive my $259 package order. They keep giving me the run around and telling my friends the same thing in their emails

Everything was great. The tech package was missing from the box but your company sent it out right away. Excellent service!

I was very skeptical from ordering from Roomify due to the reviews concerning late shipping, but Roomify was the only place that had the comforter design I wanted, so I took a risk. I ordered July 31st and received my comforter and sham today, August 2nd. I’m very glad it came so quickly!

The comforter is not like a typical down, fluffy one, it is a bit more flat, at least straight out of the package. The material is definitely made from synthetic fiber instead of a softer cotton.

Ordered the dorm essentials set for my son even got the 2.5” gel mattress pad ordered, but my son moves in in 5 days and they still have not shipped it. Customer service agent was friendly but answered as if she was put out at answering my questions, but she sounded like she works at home and although pleasant, it will be a long time before I place another order from you guys.

I had to wait 4 weeks for my bundle to arrive. Roomify sent an update on why it was taking weeks for the bundles to be shipped and delivered. In the email, roomify said I my bundle should be shipped in two weeks, but it took a little longer. When I received my bundle my pillow had a hole in it. Other than that, the bundle is great!

Do no buy from this place. We placed our order on July 18 and the website said they would ship in 3-10 business days. They charged my credit card on the day we placed the order. We have not received anything or a shipping notice. Now they won't respond to email and their phone system is "down." Supposedly they are a small company and use this as an excuse to be dishonest and unethical.
