Robinsons Estate Agents Omdömen

The excellent staff at the Chester Le St Branch were so helpful, friendly, informative and supportive when I got thrown into the deep end having to sell a family members house. My knowledge and experience was minimal and they guided me through from start to completion. I would like to specifically like to thank Michelle, Chelsea and Michael for always going the extra mile for me.

Clare and the team at the Crook Office, Bishop Auckland were always helpful and understanding of my situation as a tenant and gave a prompt response to any emergencies and clarification on issues regarding Lettings.

As a purchaser I was a little disappointed that viewings of my property always seemed a bit rushed, but once I had committed to a purchase I was kept well informed. Negotiations with the vendor (a corporate entity) were difficult but Angela at the Crook office kept on top of things and chased up on numerous occasions when the vendor went quiet. Angela's cheerful voice was always good to hear and the transaction concluded successfully.

We have just completed the purchase of a property with Robinson’s Wynyard branch, this one was a little out of the ordinary as it was a cash sale. Joy Cruddas was a pleasure to deal with and kept us informed through the process. Very happy and would highly recommended them.

Very helpful all the way through the process of buying

I have purchased from this Estate Agent Wynyard branch and wanted to commend all of the staff for their help and assistance during this time. They couldn't have done enough and sometimes beyond this. Chasing our solicitors and estate agents. Assisting me with anything else that I needed. Answering any questions that I had and so much more. They sometimes had more information than I had at times from our Estate agents. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They are a credit to their boss and I sincerely hope that he appreciates them. Each and every member of staff. Thank you so much.

Polite, patient, friendly staff.

Big shout-out to the fantastic team at Bishop Auckland Branch—Lynn, Allyson, Jamie-Lee, and Aaron! You guys have been absolute stars throughout my property purchase. From guiding me through the process to sorting out the key handover and making sure everything was properly arranged, you really made things smooth and stress-free. Couldn't have asked for a better team to help along the way—huge thanks to all of you!

Really great experience with Robinsons Durham, cannot recommend highly enough. As we got closer to exchange/completion, we had regular updates and were constantly kept in the loop.
I don’t want to move again, but if I did, I would use them!

Great experience, thank you.

Recently sold a property using the CHESTER LE STREET BRANCH Michelle, Chelsea, Karen & Michael managed the whole process professionally. Answering all queries swiftly ensuring the sale completed as quick as possible.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ryan, Sharon, and Danni at the SEDGEFIELD BRANCH and I can't recommend them highly enough. Their professionalism, local knowledge and friendly approach really made all the difference. Thanks to Ryan for explaining the process, answering all my questions, getting the house on the market quickly with excellent photos/videos/social media ads. It sold in 24hrs! Exceptional service. Thank you!

Very professional and polite when I asked for any info
and always happy to help

I would like to thank the team at Robinson's Wynyard - Adrienne, Judith & Milly for all their help and support during what was in the end a long protracted sales process, through no fault of the Agent. They remained positive and encouraging throughout and when there were bumps in the road Judith Allen in particular went above and beyond to keep things on track.

Best wishes,
Steve Roy

Michelle, Chelsea, Karen & Michael at the Chester-le-street branch were all super helpful and made the whole process of selling our house seem so easy. From our initial evaluation to selling the house they kept us informed, explained the processes involved and helped put us in touch with other agencies. Thanks again!

Our experience with buying a flat was very stressful as both lawyers struggled to communicate, but Michelle in the Chester le Street branch was very competent at her job and helpful with Chelsea and got our completion date over the line, would definitely recommend. Thank you
